Doc Z, back in the saddle again. Hard to believe that is already mid October. Sheese.....

I am holding still, and not worried. Just tired of waiting. However AR is really on a roll from what I can tell. Hang in there, what else can you do. Who know.... our day in the sun may come again. (I promise to make sure I walk away with something this time......)

Hey Robbie! I think what happened was the stock fell to a level that Pinks will not allow the live quotes on it site. New rules from what I can tell. (This was from another poster, but from what I saw, it was the case.) I don't think Bob had a choice. He also fell under the new rules with the stop sign on the site on Pinksheets as well.

How in the world can...

This man get in Federal court with Pepsi but can't get his
bottled water and soda out to all of America and get his
stock price above .0001 or .0002? I don't get it.

"Deprived of his records, Corr could not timely renew the registration of his trade mark as to which he sued Pepsi in the federal court. [ For many years previous to the federal case, "Red Bull" beverage tried to knockout Corr's trademark "Ginseng Rush". linked to his beverages marketed by Corr through his firm, Rush Beverage Co., Inc"

icnif77, Rush Beverage still holds the Ginseng Rush Trademark;

They still own RUSH COLA, APPLE RUSH, and DR. RUSH.

RSHN, the stock that everyone is invested in, owns the name E WATER, ALLIMAX, and FO' SHIZZLE;

Hi Wit, good to see you still hanging around as well.

Someone just saw a billboard in Illinois for A. R. That is interesting. They are going to try to get a picture of it.

I won't go there on Gadapow. If it walks like a duck and quacks, it must be a close cousin then.

There is enough anger and hurt to go around without the grinding from these people. Will you yield then Gadapow to the fact that I can't let go for now and can hope for a better day?

I will...like I said earlier I used to love this stock, and still think that it might fly more later than sooner. I have done much DD on this, and its not the products fault, they just have to get more big investors, to get more money, and then actually launch this thing. ***By the way, I have no stock in this company any longer***

I think the biggest problem that the investors are having is the fact the management doesnt keep their promises or update them on why. I know for a fact that if Bob, or Alex did what they said they were going to do, this stock would be a winner and we would have been rich a long time ago. When deadlines are missed, money that is available is going for something that isnt necessary (New design of labels), and no updates on why the deadlines were missed, or no explaination at all, that is when the confidence that we all had, is gone. That is why this forum is almost dead, except for a few diehard people.

I also agree that if you went this far with the stock, you might as well keep it in for the long haul. However, just remember guys, there are other stocks out there that can make up your losses and then buy back in at the same price, if not a little higher, but with millions of extra shares (just imagine that you created your own Divy). For example, ***And this is only my example***, I sold RSHN like I said not after hearing from ChrisPY, no PRs, no updates, no PPS movement, nothing. Then I did more research and found another company (wont mention the name because this is a RSHN board), and made over so far a couple of hundred percent. Now if the company comes out and gives us good news, I will buy back in so fast the MMs will flip! My point is that, while you wait for the big one to hit on RSHN (which in my opinion) might take a while, there are other plays you can make, and then buy more RSHN. Right now, your money is stagnant.

I can yield to some of those points of course. None of us like buying a stoopid water plant at this point. However something tells me there is more to it than that. Time will tell. The big problem with the pps was dilution to start up AR. Whether or not it was right is beside the point, it was done, we move on. My only question is what will they do to reward me for the wait. Only time will tell.

Sadly, I did not take some profits out when it ran last time. That was my fault, not Bobs. All my vegas money is tied up here for now. I as well as many longs are holding, not buying. We are where we want to be on share count. I don't blame Bob for now about putting more PR's as every one was hammered by the boards. It was a shame, They were really good updates on the progress of AR, which we were building.

RushNet's Exhibits At Two Active TradeshowsLast update: 10/15/2007 9:15:01 AMBLUE ISLAND, Ill., Oct 15, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN) recently participated in the Expo East and National Beer Wholesalers Assoc. (NBWA) tradeshows. Both continued to echo the success and accolades that it has consistently received from previous tradeshows for Apple Rush(TM) and e-water(R) The Expo East show in Baltimore extended the company's outreach to the Natural Foods channel for all the RushNet products and found heavy export interest. A large Distributor from Aruba, who also serves Venezuela and the Antilles, was impressed enough with Organic Apple Rush(TM), e-water(R) and Ginseng Rush XXX(TM) that he flew to Chicago after the show to develop the marketing plan for distributing the beverages in his territory. Strong interest in Apple Rush(TM) came as well from a large Organic Costa Rican Distributor who plans to order for delivery by the start of the tourist season there. A large Specialty Food Distributor that services the whole state of Wisconsin was convinced Apple Rush(TM) would do well for them too. RushNet's participation at the NBWA Show in Las Vegas was a resounding success in terms of garnering new Distributors for Apple Rush(TM). This show, which is only held every two years, proved to come at an opportune time for the company. Beer Distributors are continuing to expand their non-alcoholic (NA) divisions and they were excited that Apple Rush(TM) looks to be the right beverage at the right time for them; it has certain qualities about it that previous, and remarkably successful, NA beverages have had. As a result Apple Rush(TM) received at least 17 solid new distributor leads that should be finalized over the next couple of months. Alex Coronado, Sales Manager, was quoted: "I believe we hit a home run at this show. Many of the distributors attending here found, as many had in previous shows, that Apple Rush is a great and timely product. Some of these distributors told us that it looks like a success in the making; a few said that this could be the new Snapple. Our introduction to this extensive group of distributors now is significant due to the re-alignment of many successful beverage brands in the U.S. during the past year. With Vitamin Water(R) and IZZE(R) being sold, and Monster(R) changing its distribution authorizations, many of these distributors have room on their trucks and are scrambling for the next successful brand. We proved that we had it at this show. What was really significant with this show is that it was attended by decision makers; we should then be able to move through the approval process in a more expedient manner." A1 Beverage, dba Garden Beverage, completed its first new product launch. The launch of Cintron(TM) Beverages (), the first of many new items scheduled for introduction by Garden, was a resounding success for both Garden and Cintron(TM) in the Chicago market. The Garden/ Cintron team sold over 2 truckloads in the first 10 days. Standby for more news on Garden Beverage. Robert Corr, President of RushNet stated: "This was our first opportunity for RushNet to get behind a new product release since we came to Garden. We were greatly enthused to have the opportunity to spearhead this new beverage into the market, the first of many to come from Garden in Metro-Chicago. We've learned some new techniques from this and we are grateful for the support of the Cintron Team and our Garden staff who all performed admirably in this launch." I can't imagine anyone thinking the recent press release is not good news. I have been saying for months now that Apple Rush is going to put this company on the map and I am staying with it. I am still buying more shares. This one is going to run by next summer and run very high and although I am having to buy at .0002, I and others will be very happy with the outcome. Call me a pumper if you want, but I am just a guy who knows great potential when I see it. Bob, keep plugging along.

I don't see this as good news or bad news. It's no news, IMO. Just the same vague babbling prose that one and all have come to expect from a Bob Corr PR. Fluffier than a down pillow.

You know, I used to know I guy in sales who used to brag all the time about all the contacts he made and all the leads he was chasing- and he genuinely tried and thought that he was going to hit "the big one" some day.

But year after year, he was the most liked, but lowest producing, least compensated salesperson of all.

That's what I think of every time I see a Bob Corr PR. Lots of air and optimism, but few results. It doesn't make him a bad guy or Rush a bad product though. It just makes for an unsuccessful company.

Well..... APRU..... Now that is something that our fine feathered Canadian crews can not ignore. Looks like the long awaited APO for AR is about to happen. No idea what will happen, this should be an even more interesting week than I thought.

Of course the PR today was good. It was an important update and we needed to hear it.

This PR reminded me of the kid in middle school who said, yeah, I kissed a girl, at camp last summer. She lives in Canada. Give me a break. Aruba? And I'm glad they're at "active" trade shows as opposed to the ones that ended last weekend. This stock has become a joke.

I have been adding. At .0002, this is a very good risk versus potential. It is going to run barring a r/s. AR is the ticket to profitability.

It's just winding up. consolidation. The money has to come back in, but I have a feeling we are on the verge of a run...reason being is APRU company should start trading tomorrow on the free market. That can only mean a PR is about to be released giving us our Divy..."hopefully"

So far this volume only equates to $32,000

I accumulated some more today. This may not be the opportunity of a lifetime, but it is a great opportunity. The only thing that could kill this is a r/s. If Bob doesn't do that, we are off the the races. AR is a total winner and will begin to catch on and fly off the shelves. It is the real deal!

I think a r/s will be necessary eventually. It doesn't have to be major, but at a minimum I think it should be a 1 for 10.

A r/s is never "necessary." It is little more than a scam maneuver that cheats the investors that have been ooyal - out of their money.

It will be necessary to get the share count down to move up to higher exchanges. Unless they do a share buyback, but to do that they would have to buy up A LOT of shares.

A R/S is not needed at this point. The company can move ahead and share price can increase quite a bit at this level. Right now, even with all outstanding shares it only reflects a market cap of about $2.4 million. A beverage company of a small size could be valued in the high $100's of millions. So, bottom line this share structure can support much more growth.
