I have divested myself of all of this stock. They are always just about to find gold, always almost there. They posted a 50% increase in revenue, but 50% of almost nothing isn't much. Why, after years of their geologist's reports that "there is gold in them thar hills", have they not extracted any of it? They have been just about there for way too long. The good news is that we are helping the Phillipine economy. Stay away from this one.

hey, cottonjim; glad I was able to help you out. by the way, I sold right before they announced their 95% buy back. I didn't see it coming. I was actually able to make a very nice profit.

Thats how they make their money now ,

Once a year the do this strange debenture buyback of shares . They force everyone to give up their shares at beyound imaginable low price and sell some of them right back thru the open market after price has greatly increased do to reduction of shares .

And this time their was NO WARNING .. They just did it . I barely had time to put paper in my printer and get over to computer and sell before it happened . I like to print out every trade transaction . [Big Grin]

What is that, 10 or 12 warnings over a full month? By "NO WARNING" did you mean Pearl didn't call you individually on the phone and let you know she was about to bend you over?

My cert says 45 billion shares .

Why did " Ameritrade " remove them from my account and send me the certificate . Now I can't convert them as paim price zoomed up, again after the recent debenture .

You can trade your preferred shares for common stock and trade it. Triovestor, if you have 45 billion shares, you can trade them for 9 million trdable common shares and cash out for $9,000. I did it a few weeks ago and made some free money. I have actually made quite a bit of money on this dog. In penny land it isn't the product (or lack of one), it is the perception that drives the price up or down.

I meant you can sell the common shares you get for $9,000 at the current market price, but you'd better hurry before the price goes down, or you can wait until next year when they pull their next stunt and see what happens.
