Wait. This is either big multi-bagger or reverse split disaster, but it's too early to tell.
Management has spent most of the summer in China negotiating a deal that promises to be big and promises to be announced in September. Their record on promises lately has been poor so I won't buy anymore until there is a definate reason--better to miss a tick or two than get caught in yet another "real" company that goes nowhere.

they have not had a r/s. authorized shares are 11 billion. shares outstanding as of last week, approx 8 billion. looks like it is appraoching 9 billion today. that only leaves 2 billion

I really like this stock. They are actually making a profit which diminishes the possibility of a r/s, the nemesis of sub penny investing. Does anyone know why the unusually high volume? This could be a winner.

This has consistantly gone down. It's a horrible stock. The company however isn't that bad and has had 2 positive quarters (unheard of for a pinksheet). The company is focusing on the company rather than the stock, but since it's a pinksheet, the company success doesn't mean that the stock will do anything. They really need to start making huge profits, continue great growth, and move to pinksheet checklist or otcbb for this to move. I'm stuck with this and am probably holding it for awhile. I don't see much uptick on this for about a year.

They only care about the "market cap" according to investor relations. This company is a winner in the long haul. 14B A/S, 10B O/S, about 7.8B Float(give or take 100m). As the word is- "about 3.1 billion shares are owned by online traders that have gotten together on IHUB(hoping for a squeeze) 2billion or so were used instead of cash- and have a "first call" *$.0001. The rest of the O/S is owned by "strong hands" supposably???
The meeting with the chinese at the restaurant in Toronto, for 45 minutes, with just Garr Winters was BS. The Chinese came to meet with GVHL- Efgo just usurped some time in order to make the PR. Myself and a couple of others have already thrown money at a P.I. with excellent credentials- to follow the happenings of this company. If they screw investors- there will be law-suits. What any other investor can do is this:
Log onto the EFGO town hall Make posts in the announcements and Investor relations sections. Ask as many hard questions as you can. The answers, along with unrealized statements of fact in there PR's that are not protected under the "forward looking statements" disclaimer- will bite them in the bum.
Patience.... I'm in deep- so all of you will win by association- because I will not let EFGO beat me, and I got the $$$$ to do it.

EFGO lost the bid. Once that happens, it rarely comes back. Not only can you no longer get out at .0002, but if you don't act quickly and are prepared to wait, you may not be getting out at .0001 either.

Good luck to you. It's possible Good Life will add value after the deal is completed, but IMO if it were good for shareholders, the PPS would be going up, not down.
