-- Acquisition of MCM Intelligent Living and completion of $170,000 in automation projects including two of the first projects to use Microsoft Vista™ and media PC technology. -- Revenues increase of 140% and expenses decrease of 84% compared to the same period in the prior year. -- Comprehensive automation of $4 million architectural home, condominium presentation center, and start of new projects to automate three $2 million designer homes and the 23,000 square foot common area of an 800-unit condominium project in Tempe, Arizona. Revenues from these projects are expected to exceed $1 million. -- Case study and PR agreement with Microsoft Canada® to jointly promote the technical features of smart home automation and entertainment projects completed by ILC using Microsoft Vista™ and media PC technology. -- Release of ILC's next generation media PC designed to deliver incredible performance and the innovative capabilities of Vista™ to digital home consumers. -- Merger with Intelligent Living and name change to Intelligent Living Corp. Ticker symbol change to ILVG on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board.

ILVG 0002/0003 Volume been pouring in the last hour up to 40 mill! about 5 times 10 day avg! Somthings up? WHo knows but the volume is pouring in!!!

You have 40 mil in volume but no growth. Are you sure this isn't dilution?
Last time you had this much volume you got at least three ticks on the board.
