A few posters from Ihub have been in touch with Tom Simeo from Viking Investments and Michael Anthony (the guy who cleans up the shells for sale) and there was much anticipation a few weeks back
You can see the spike to .15 on the chart on roughly 1 million in volume - news is expected anyday on the merger and financial details of the r/m company

Well I certianly didn't get any cheap shares today :-( but I'm still watching. Don't worry I haven't done well for about the last week and a half. I've sold too low and bought too high and most of my cash is tied up waiting for everything to run already!

response from Tom Simeo: NASDAQ (FINRA) put a 10 day trading halt on the stock of PASL Friday as a precaution to allow the market to “settle” before they let the reverse stock split go effective. After the 10 day hault, the name change, symbol change, and reverse stock split will go effective on September 22, 2007.

this has been trading on the greys, and bs trades at .0001 and .001 have made it through
CGEL closed at .05 when it stopped trading on the pinks; hopefully we're looking at CGEL opening above $10 based on the split ratio, but can't tell for sure
