INSN- what i have so far:
I called INSN (InsynQ) support * 866-796-9925, I told them I had some investor relations questions, she said i would have to talk to someone at "gottaplay .com" and gave me a number to call, after calling them, they referred me to an IR firm (Ed Carter 702-967-2360)... I spoke with ED who said that technically (insynQ and gottaplay) are one, but separately trading...I asked how thats possible, and he said they have the same exact upper management and have a "working relationship" at this time.
He told me INSN O/S is 808 million and Float is roughly 100 million less (708 mil or so) and has not changed in close to 2 years.
The 2 company's can be tied together through SEC filings and Company officers
GOTTAPLAY INC, http://www.gottaplay.com/index.php currently holds the #1 spot as top rated online game rental sites, they just took that position and bumped GAMEFLY to rank #2
GOTTAPLAY INC. (GTAP) is trading on the otcbb * .69
M. Carroll Benton and John P. Gorst are both listed as officers for InsynQ (INSN) and gottaplay (GTAP)
