honestly i have no idea. ive heard from a reputable source that got me in on this since Aug 6th that its all BS and they are going to fix it today with a p/r... so ill go by that for now.
if its true Marani must be p'oed they have been working for over 2 years to come public and have huge things lined up. Found a perfect shell with perfect share structure imo. 400 share RS is just insane imo. I would not want this on my rap sheet and i believe there is no r/s . but then again what do i know, most companies could care less

ok just got off the phone with ivan. he said theyve been getting phone calls today regarding this and they have no affiliation whatsoever with Teletek and he said they are trying to figure out how their name appeared on the p/r. They have been in contact with Marani and he said the company will issue a p/r to clear this up!!! WOW

That's good that someone picked up and said a PR is coming out because if one does come out saying the R/S was false, then this will gap up tomorrow morning and run for sure.

I picked up a handful of lotto tickets at .065. If the PR comes out, quick double or more. If not, it's already had its R/S crash so I shouldn't lose much.

I read some sh!t over at i-hub about people calling that same number and some lady picking up saying the company put out a PR yesterday. Of course, I don't know if there is any truth to it, but maybe that explains the drop now?

It's a R/S. They are just waiting for their new symbol which NASD has to create.
