Yep! But it's 366.66% in 2 days. Volume sure is high (5x normal volume), and holding gains for 2 days. Looks like it might keep going!

I checked SEC.gov and cannot find anything other than a paper submission form in 2005....where are you getting more information?

I just called IR (Charles Benson - President), and he stated the following:
The A/S or O/S were due to increase beyond what the TA gave me for info?
Answer: The A/S is understated. It's really 2.5 billion. It was increased to that for the merger in 2006 that fell through.
OS: End of the year, it was aproximately 240 million, and aprox 100 million was converted since then. He estimates the OS at 340-390 million.
Restricted = 150 million
That should make the float an aproximate 190-240 million.
Plan to increase the A/S: Not that he is aware of.
Sales: Cannot give that info since it is not publically available to everyone yet.
Audit that was PRd in May: On track for SB2 filing.
Any convertible financing coing due int he next 6 months: he said that due to the nature of stock deals, the OS/AS, at the time of the conversions, etc, that there is no real answer here. He said he wasn't trying to be flippant, or avoiding the question, but rather just trying to be realistic in the his answer.
The entire time I was on the phone with him, he was working with other folks in the background. Very nice, but very busy guy!
So far, my prediction of it falling back to .0007 has come to pass (today). Not sure if it is going to fall further, but it looks like the MMs are in full control as usual!

I got the information from the Ihub. They said dilution is expected soon. The best way to find out is to deal with ceo himself. Most ceos love to talk to investors. Good luck.

Thanks! I got hold of him (see previous post), and he confirmed that the TA has incorrect numbers for the A/S.
A/S is really around 2.5 billion, and not 490 million (according to the President of the company).
Can someone else call to confirm this information so I know that I'm not crazy?

I believe the President was using aproximations when he and I chatted.
I read on another site, that the audit is complete and now in their hands for the SB2 filing to commence. I'm expecting a PR to be released showing the Audited financials and the SB2 filing (when it happens).

Based on the av daily trading volume, I estimcate that the float is around 700 M shares. It will be hard to get a bounce. Watch it.
