I bought the last 250k that traded today and that was at .0018 my order was for 830k and they did not fill it at my .0018 bid. I wish I had gotten my fill, but the fact that I didn't is not bad either. It says that there are no more shares available here at this PPS. I also bought this based on the chart and nothing else. I like that it found a bottom yesterday of .0015 (one trade) and did not trade back down there again today. I also like that over 8 days it has dropped from above .01 and should have a huge return on any correction. Good Luck All

The S8 filing on April 13th is for an employee incentive program and not a public offering of 30m shares. In looking at insider trading, I see that only one employee has sold any shares over the past 6 months and that was 1.1m this month. That may very well be the only reason for this major drop in PPS, and I would guess that, the sale is complete now!

HMMM your right it's not! My error! Oh well!
I have however been reading another board and someone there has been talking to the CEO who is quoted as saying "Microsoft is going to be releasing new, of their own, talking about EGDI"
I can't confirm this and no time frame was given, but wouldn't that be great!
they also state that the float is 83m per TA on the 20th

Elgrande International, Inc. Completes Merger and Changes Name to Intelligent Living Corp.

VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 08/02/07 -- Elgrande International (OTCBB: EGDI) announced today that it has merged with Intelligent Living Corp. (ILC). Concurrent with the closing of the merger, the name of the Company was changed to Intelligent Living Corp. Articles of Merger have been filed and approved by the Secretary of State of Nevada and the Company has applied with Nasdaq to effectuate the name change and to change its stock symbol. The Company will notify investors when that change takes effect. The merger and name change reflect the final steps in the acquisition of MCM Integrated Technologies, Inc. as announced on December 11, 2006.

EGDI closed .0034 even though the b/a is .0025x.003 someone bought above the ask where it closed. That was great merger news late yesterday so I rebought thinking that there will be some continuation after a possible shake. The best scenario would be a gap to .0034-.0039 either way I think this company looks good.
