Perihelion Global to Host Shareholder Conference

Receives Delivery of Initial Feedstock Order From Griffin Industries

WILMINGTON, DE and SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL, Mar 13, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Perihelion Global (PINKSHEETS: PHGI), a development company with interests in natural resources, alternative energies, and advanced communications, today announced that management has approved a multimedia-based shareholder conference to update shareholders and the investment community at-large with current developments regarding Perihelion's businesses.
The conference will feature an overview of Perihelion's business plan from CEO John H. Beebe, including updates on Perihelion's Phase One Refinery in Opp, Alabama, its FCC radio properties, and its patented mine on the Utah/Nevada border. After the Company's remarks, shareholders will be allowed to participate in the call through an open question and answer session with Perihelion management. Management members joining Mr. Beebe on the conference will be Ed Villarreal, Chief Operations Officer, Michael Varley, Executive Vice President, Lynn Bartholomew, Senior Vice President, and Bill Roncali of Perihelion's Biofuel Division. Registration for the event will be required and registration information will be provided in a subsequent release and on the Perihelion website when it becomes available. It is anticipated that the shareholder conference will be scheduled within the next 45 calendar days.

The Company also wishes to notify investors that it has successfully received delivery of the initial feedstock order from Griffin Industries, totaling 24 tons. The Company expects to make additional purchases with Griffin over the short term, and is committed to securing an appropriate supply of feedstock to allow for consistent BioDiesel production. With crude oil prices reaching a record $110/barrel Wednesday, the Company understands the urgency to bring new domestic fuel sources online is greater than ever. With the Phase One Refinery expected to yield initial batches of BioDiesel before the end of the current calendar month, Perihelion is well positioned to establish itself as both an economically viable and environmentally responsible member of American Energy industry.

Perihelion Global Completes Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Receives Storm Water Construction Permit for Patented Utah Gold Mine

WILMINGTON, DE and SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL, Mar 27, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Perihelion Global (PINKSHEETS: PHGI), a development company with interests in natural resources, alternative energies, and advanced communications, today announced that the Company has completed the required comprehensive Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and filed for and received a Storm Water Construction Permit for use at its Patented Gold mine near the Utah/Nevada border.
State of Utah regulations require construction activity that will disturb one or more acres of land to develop a comprehensive Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and obtain a Storm Water Permit before commencing operations. The permit is based on EPA regulations designed to control storm water and to reduce the amount of pollutants entering rivers, lakes, and streams.

With this additional permit, the Company is permitted to begin installing equipment and preparing the designated mining area for commencement of mining operations. The Company acquired the Storm Water Permit in addition to permits received for Small Mining Operations (State of Utah, received April 2007), Small Mine Reclamation (State of Utah, received April 2007), Right of Way Grant Over Federal Land (US Dept. of Interior-BLM, received June 2007), and Amended Small Mining Operations (State of Utah, received October 2007).

The Patented Gold Mine is located at high elevation and has been affected by above average seasonal snowfall limiting access during the past winter months. With spring approaching and temperatures rising, the Company anticipates resuming work at the mine to prepare for operations under the Storm Water Permit. The Company completed construction of an approximate 8,000 ft roadway over Federal Lands after receiving the Right of Way Grant from the US Dept. of Interior, Bureau of Land Management last year to allow for transportation to and from the mine over Federal Land. Successful development of the Patented Gold Mine remains a primary business objective for the Company, and management continues to believe the financial climate for metals prices will remain attractive through the development of this property.

The Company will apprise shareholders of relevant progress achieved at the Patented Mine site.

Perihelion Global Gives Update on Various Corporate Matters

Apr 1, 2008 22:31:52 (ET)

WILMINGTON, DE and SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL, Apr 01, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Perihelion Global (PINKSHEETS: PHGI), a development company with interests in natural resources, alternative energies, and advanced communications, today announced updates on several corporate matters. Due to the length, the company will address several commonly asked questions it has received from the public in several pieces, the first of which is included below.

Is the company in a position to capitalize on the record high prices of Oil, Diesel Fuel and Precious Metals?

Yes. The management feels that the record high prices of Oil, Gasoline, Diesel Fuel, Gold, Silver and various other metals have validated its overall vision to position the company in these markets. Management identified these markets far in advance of the current record high prices, and believes it has solid assets in these markets that will continue to appreciate in value well into the future.

Is Management pleased with the company's overall progress in getting production from its key assets?

No. Management had originally anticipated continuous production and revenue from the company's Patented Gold Mine and Biofuel Refinery by December 2007. While the company has made remarkable progress in some areas, such as getting the Right of Way permit over federal land from the US Dept of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, progress in other areas has not met the expectations of management. This was due in part to management underestimating the time and resources involved in obtaining the numerous Federal and State permits and licensure required to operate in these markets. Additionally management had not adequately allowed for contractor delays, material / equipment back orders and weather related delays.

What steps has management taken to rectify and mitigate delays?

Among the numerous internal changes already implemented, management has identified and brought in key personnel and consultants experienced to lend expertise in the industries the company has targeted as key to its success. Some markets, such as the Biofuel Industry are newly emerging industries. Identifying and engaging individuals who have a documented track record of consistent, proven success has been challenging. This challenge is not unique to Perihelion Global in the Biofuel Industry.

Does the company still plan on moving to a different exchange?

Yes. The company is actively preparing to move to list its shares on with the OTCBB, AMEX or NASDAQ Small Cap.

Is the company raising funds?

Yes, the company has been raising funds from accredited investors (as defined in the Securities Act of 1933, as amended) pursuant to Regulation D.

To date why has the company not utilized the Industrial Revenue Bonds authorized to pay for construction of the Opp BioFuel Refinery in lieu of raising funds under Regulation D?

Shortly after authorization of the bonds management foresaw a fundamental weakness manifesting in all bond markets due to underlying market conditions, and subsequently causing a spike in the yield it would have to pay on the bonds. The company announced its concern about the bond markets in a Press Release before the underlying weakness became apparent to the markets as a whole. The company believes its decision has been proven a wise choice given the tremendous turbulence in the bond markets.

Have any Officers or Directors sold their stock in the open market?

No. The bulk of shares owned by the Officers or Directors are Series C Preferred shares, held in paper certificate form, which bear a restrictive legend and are not free trading. Additionally, any common shares owned by the Officers or Directors are deemed affiliate controlled securities that are restricted and prohibited from sale in the open market without prior public notification to the SEC.

Have any shares issued to complete acquisitions been sold into the market?

The company was notified that the principals of Saturday Night, LLC (Patented Gold Mine Acquisition) were exercising their right pursuant to Rule 144, (as amended February 2008) to convert a portion of their Series C preferred shares into common shares without a restrictive legend (free trading).

Have any other shares issued directly for acquisitions been sold into the market? It is the company's understanding that under Rule 144 (as amended February 2008) shareholders who have been issued stock for acquisitions who do not fall under the affiliate control category (or who would otherwise be prohibited for any other reason) may lawfully petition the company's Transfer Agent to have restrictive legends removed all applicable rules and criteria have been met.

Why is the price of the company's stock so low?

The company does not set or control the price per share of its stock in the open market. The price per share is quoted by Market Makers and is affected by numerous market conditions.

Why does a particular Market Maker change the bid / ask price of the Company's stock?

The company does not set or control the price per share of its stock or the volume of shares traded in the open market. On any given day, there are on average approximately 14 different Market Makers making a market in the company's stock. It is not reasonable to assume the company can understand the proprietary trading strategies of the Market Makers who are buying or selling the company's stock.

The Company previously mentioned in a Press Release that it believed there were trading irregularities of its shares in the public markets. Why has the company not taken any steps to address this concern?

The Company has expressed its concerns through its primary legal counsel, David L. McGee, of the law firm of Beggs & Lane. Last year, Mr. McGee formally notified various entities of the company's concerns relating to the perceived trading irregularities in the company's stock.

Further issues will be addressed in subsequent releases over the next few days. The Company will attempt to address as many shareholder inquires as possible and as capable of being disclosed at this time.

Part II of their news - this one published this morning va. Part I published last night:

Perihelion Global Gives 2nd Update on Corporate Matters

Apr 2, 2008 05:30:38 (ET)

WILMINGTON, DE and SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL, Apr 02, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Perihelion Global (PINKSHEETS: PHGI), a development company with interests in natural resources, alternative energies, and advanced communications, today announced a 2nd update on several corporate matters. Due to the length of material the company will address several commonly asked questions it has received from the public released in several parts. Below is the second such release:

What is the status of the Renovo Holdings, Inc. acquisition?

Last year, Perihelion Global and Renovo Holdings entered into a Letter of Intent for Perihelion to acquire Renovo Holdings. Part of the contingency for the acquisition was the mutually agreed elimination of debt Renovo owed to Yorkville Advisors, LLC (formerly Cornell Capital Partners) in the form of a convertible debenture. Perihelion management was uncomfortable with the convertible debenture note Renovo owed to Yorkville Advisors and sought negotiations to resolve the matter. Yorkville Advisors did not act as quickly as either Perihelion or Renovo had anticipated in negotiating to resolve the outstanding debt. Concurrently, Perihelion Global was working with legal counsel to determine the appropriate structure to facilitate the acquisition of Renovo Holdings.

Progress towards completing the acquisition slowed dramatically during due diligence when Yorkville Advisors informed Perihelion that the Renovo convertible debenture note was in technical default status. Perihelion management was reluctant to complete the acquisition with the convertible debenture note still outstanding in such status, which would have allowed Yorkville Advisors to convert the debt into a large block of free trading Perihelion shares immediately upon acquisition. Perihelion management felt after past experiences, it would not be advisable to acquire Renovo while the convertible debenture debt remained. Additionally, Perihelion management decided such an arrangement with Yorkville Advisors under the present circumstances could prove highly toxic to the company's share price. To date, as of the last SEC filing (3-38-2008) by Renovo Holdings, debt is still owed and outstanding to Yorkville Advisors (although reduced) under the convertible debenture note.

What is the relationship between Cosway Industries, Inc, a fully reporting SEC "blank check" company and Perihelion Global?

John H. Beebe serves as the President and CEO of both companies, however there has not been a merger / acquisition agreement announced to date. Neither Perihelion Global or Cosway Industries can comment on any potential relationship until such a time a formal public announcement has been made.

Have there been any management changes?

Yes. Recently Ed Villarreal, Chief Operating Officer of the company, stepped down from his position due to medical reasons. The company respects Mr. Villarreal's privacy with regard to his health and deeply appreciates his hard work and dedication to the company. The position of Chief Operating Officer is currently vacant, with responsibilities of the position temporarily shared between John H. Beebe, Michael Varley and Lynn Bartholomew in addition to their other duties. Management hopes Mr. Villarreal will be able to rejoin the company in a capacity in the future. Other recent management changes include the appointment of Lynn Bartholomew as Sr. Vice President and William Roncali as Vice President of the Biofuel Division.

Did the company increase its authorized shares and outstanding shares?

Yes, the company increased its authorized shares and outstanding shares of the company to raise funds under Regulation D (as previously mentioned) and also to facilitate a Series C Preferred share dividend to all common shareholders.

Were the authorized shares of the preferred share classes, Series B and Series C raised?

No. The authorized shares of both classes remain unchanged, as do their conversion terms and applicable voting rights.

Why did the company issue a Series C preferred share dividend?

The Series C preferred share dividend was issued in an effort to provide additional equity and value to our common shareholders. Last year despite the company substantially lowering both the authorized and outstanding shares of the company's stock (and subsequently documenting it) the action appeared to have little or no effect on the valuation of the company, the price per share or amount of shares reflected as traded. This was perplexing to the management of the company. We value our long term shareholders, greatly appreciate their support and thus wanted to provide them with additional long term equity in the company.

Are short sellers responsible for affecting the price of the company's stock?

Management has stated previously in a Press Release that short selling is a part of routine market activity. We continue to maintain this position.

What about Naked Short Sellers? Are Naked Short Sellers responsible for affecting the price of the company's shares?

This is one of the most commonly asked questions the company receives. Naked Short Sales are a very complex regulatory issue. The company entered the public market with the intent to build a successful and profitable company, not with the intent to spend capital, resources and time to dictate existing regulatory policy. The company does not set or enforce any regulatory policy. For questions relating to Naked Short Sales, management would like to refer shareholders to the SEC's website for guidance at: http://www.sec.gov/spotlight/keyregshoissues.htm .

Management believes that its time, energy and resources should be focused on generating revenue and profits from the company's assets. Additional questions or comments regarding Naked Short Selling should be directed to the SEC, your local US Congressman or US Senator.

The company will continue to provide updates on corporate matters, the company's biofuel initiatives and Patented Gold Mine segmented over several releases due to the length of the material in the next few days.

President Bush Considers Biodiesel Most Promising Fuel to Meet Renewable Fuel Standard Requirements
Date Posted: Mar. 12, 2008

Washington, DC—President Bush on March 5 at the Washington International Renewable Energy Conference (WIREC) called biodiesel the most promising renewable fuel for helping to meet renewable fuels standards.

The WIREC conference wraps up its four-day sessions that began March 3.

Here are a few of the ways biodiesel was highlighted.

"The legislation requires fuel producers to supply at least 36 billion gallons of renewable fuel in the year 2022," said President Bush.

"In other words, these just aren't goals, these are mandatory requirements.

"I'm confident the United States can meet those goals, and I know we must, for the sake of economic security, national security, and for the sake of being good stewards of the environment.

"Biodiesel is the most promising of these fuels.

"Biodiesel refineries can produce fuel from soybeans, and vegetable oils, and recycled cooking grease, from waste materials.

"All you out there with waste, you may be in business before you know it as this new technology kicks in.

"Most Americans -- or, more Americans -- are beginning to realize the benefits of biodiesel every year.

"Last year, we produced 450 million gallons of biodiesel.

"That's up 80 percent from 2006.

"Today there are more than 650 biodiesel fueling stations in America.

"There are hundreds of fleet operators that use biodiesel to fuel their trucks, and that's just the beginning of what is going to be a substantial change in our driving habits," said President Bush.

Equipment at the conference showed biodiesel in application.

Volvo Group, together with Mack® Trucks, featured trucks running on renewable fuels, including biodiesel, on the trade show exposition floor.

The truck running on biodiesel was manufactured in Dublin, VA.

President Bush also visited this exhibit, commenting on the "amazing joint venture with Mack and Volvo on these giant trucks that are using biodiesel to power them."

Manning Feraci, National Biodiesel Board VP of Federal Affairs, addressed conference attendees in a session yesterday.

The NBB also held a booth at WIREC. For more information, call Amber Thurlo Pearson at 800-841-5849.

Don't you get what's happened here? The pr's were a ruse to sell more shares. The printing press can't keep up with the dilution.

Perihelion Global Announces Updates for Opp, Alabama Biofuel Refinery, Other Corporate Matters

WILMINGTON, DE and SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL, Apr 15, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Perihelion Global (PINKSHEETS: PHGI), a development company with interests in natural resources, alternative energies, and advanced communications, today announced updates on Phase One of the company's Opp, Alabama Biofuel Refinery.
The City of Opp, Alabama has now successfully brought 3 Phase electrical power to the company's property located in the Opp Industrial Park. The City of Opp is expected to complete installation of the 3 Phase electrical power required for operation to the multi-feedstock refinery building this week. Perihelion has completed the necessary electrical wiring inside the refinery building to begin operation.

Additionally, under the company's Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Security Plan construction of a 5-acre perimeter security fence for HAZMAT compliance is expected to be completed this week.

On Saturday, April 12, 2008 the company received a legal court summons via Certified Mail regarding a billing dispute with its previous legal counsel, Burr & Forman. Burr & Forman performed the due diligence and merger with Vision Works Media Group, Inc.; the due diligence and acquisition of the patented Gold Mine from Saturday Night, LLC; and due diligence of the private investment from Icarus Investments and other items. The Company informed Burr & Forman of its concerns regarding billing and services rendered in 2007. Perihelion has confirmed with its bank that the alleged disputed payment to Burr & Forman has cleared the Company bank account. The Company disagrees with Burr & Forman's position and will seek an amiable resolution to the dispute.

Perihelion Global Receives Temporary Operating Permit From Alabama Department of Environmental Management; Completes Installation of Security Fence
Perihelion Global (PINKSHEETS: PHGI) ("the Company"), a development company with interests in natural resources, alternative energies, and advanced communications, today announced that the Company has received a temporary operating permit from the Alabama Department of Environmental Management ("ADEM") allowing Perihelion to begin production of BioDiesel under applicable Alabama environmental regulations at its Opp, Alabama Biofuel Refinery.

With receipt of the permit, the Company intends to produce several evaluation batches of B100 BioDiesel from multi-feedstock sources. The evaluation process will stress refinery components, ensure that there are no leaks or mechanical errors, allow management to review best practices for production, and test completed batches against ASTM/EN published standards for quality. The temporary operating permit grants the Company full operation during the initial phase of its Opp, Alabama refinery for a period of six months.

Management is also pleased to announce it has successfully completed construction of a HAZMAT security fence around a 5-acre perimeter of Phase One of its Opp, Alabama Biofuel Refinery site in accordance with the Company's Hazardous Materials Security Plan. The perimeter security fence will serve to ensure the safety of the local community by securing all HAZMAT materials in compliance with federal, state and local regulations, while protecting the Company and its interests from unauthorized personnel gaining access to the site or HAZMAT materials.

Perihelion Global Opp, Alabama Facility Begins Commercial Productionof Biodiesel; Meets Latest ASTM Biodiesel Fuel Specification

Jun 2, 2008 07:45:07 (ET)

OPP, AL and SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL, Jun 02, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Perihelion Global (PINKSHEETS: PHGI), a development company with interests in natural resources, alternative energies, and advanced communications, today announced that the Company's Biodiesel product has met the latest ASTM D 6751 specifications required for US EPA registration and is now certified as fuel-grade Biodiesel. The Company further announced that its Opp, Alabama Biodiesel refinery is now online and producing Biodiesel.

Fuel-grade Biodiesel must be produced to the latest specifications of ASTM D 6751 and is legally registered with the US Environmental Protection Agency as a legal motor fuel for sale and distribution. The achievement of the ASTM D 6751 specification for the Company's multi-feedstock B100 Biodiesel allows Perihelion to begin commercial production, which will formally commence today, June 2, 2008.

Biodiesel, as defined in the latest ASTM D 6751 specification, is registered with the US EPA as a fuel and a fuel additive under Section 211(b) of the Clean Air Act and meets clean diesel standards established by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). Additionally, ASTM D 6751 Biodiesel has been designated as an alternative fuel by the Department of Energy (DOE) and the US Department of Transportation (DOT). Initial Company estimates outline the production of several million gallons of B100 Biodiesel during the first calendar year from Phase One of its Opp Biofuel Refinery operation.

"We are pleased that our Biodiesel has passed the latest comprehensive ASTM D 6751 specifications, which we consider to be more difficult for a multi-feedstock producer to obtain. We're excited about entering our production phase, and appreciate the support of the local Opp community and our shareholders as we faced and ultimately overcame several obstacles along the way," said John H. Beebe, Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer. "As Biodiesel continues to gain market traction and prices for crude oil and diesel continue to set record highs, we believe that individuals, agricultural and commercial interests will continue to increase their use of this cleaner fuel. We're proud to help support our country meet its energy needs using non-feedstock, renewable sources."

United States legislation provides incentives of up to $1.10 per gallon of EPA-registered Biodiesel for production of up to 15 million gallons per year, and up to $1.00 per gallon for production of up to 60M gallons per year.

Fishfarmer,

Price for Diesel - as usual - depends on which area you are in.

In the Washington DC area it is almost $5/gallon
