[Big Grin] LAS VEGAS, NV, Jul 25, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: AMRE), a diversified holding company, announced today that its revenues (unaudited) for its subsidiaries, BizAuctions, Inc., AuctionWagon Inc., Net2Auction, Inc., and RoboServer Systems Corp., for the first six months of 2007 has increased by approximately 315%.

"For the first half of 2007, revenues have increased to approximately $1,000,000 from approximately $315,000 in the first six months of 2006. The increase in revenues is attributed to the solid management and staff in each of our companies as well as the strong growth in the business models of BizAuctions, Inc. and AuctionWagon Inc. The Companies have not achieved net profits but have made significant progress in reducing the operating losses," noted Delmar Janovec, CEO of AmeriResource.

"BizAuctions employs two primary business models, whereby it liquidates inventory through eBay on consignment for a lucrative commission; and/or it purchases inventory at a fraction of retail price for the purpose of liquidating it for a profit. The Company has worked diligently to bring in new commercial clients who recognize the Company's commitment and ability to provide a quality service for the client. BizAuctions consigns, buys inventory, and liquidates through eBay," continues Janovec.

"AuctionWagon is one of the leaders in the auction-consignment software management systems and operations. After opening one of the world's very first eBay drop-off stores, AuctionWagon's team of retail experts and former software developers from Microsoft and eBay developed a software platform, the Store Manager Pro [G2] that is revolutionizing the way merchandise is offered for sale to the world on eBay. AuctionWagon is both an eBay Certified Developer and eBay Trading Post that has the insider expertise and proven ability to lead the industry," concluded Janovec.

For additional information on BizAuctions, please visit their website at www.bizauctions.com and for AuctionWagon can be found on their website at www.auctionwagon.com.

Good news. We might see a run today.

AmeriResource Sells Green Endeavors LTD. for $750,000 of NEXA Preferred Stock
Wednesday October 24, 8:00 am ET

LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 24, 2007 -- AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB:AMRE.OB - News), a diversified holding company, announced today that it has closed on the sale of 90% of the issued and outstanding stock of Green Endeavors LTD. (Other OTC:GRNE.PK - News) in exchange for the issuance of 150,000 shares of restricted Series C Preferred stock of Nexia Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:NEXA.OB - News) with a stated value of $5.00 per share. Green Endeavors LTD. will retain 13 million shares of BizAuctions, Inc. (Other OTC:BZCN.PK - News) restricted common stock and $171,000 in debt.

Mr. Janovec pointed out that, "AMRE will benefit by becoming a shareholder in Nexia and retaining a minority shareholder interest in GRNE. Upon GRNE acquiring Landis LLC, AMRE will reap the benefits of being a shareholder in GRNE's operations that are on track to generate $2.3M in gross revenues in 2007. GRNE has plans to grow its operations significantly. In addition, AMRE will eliminate the costs and time associated with maintaining the public status of GRNE which will free up resources that will be redirected into growing revenues for BizAuctions, Inc. and AMRE's other operations."

The transaction with Nexia has further created the potential for a strategic alliance between BizAuctions, Inc. and Nexia's Black Chandelier clothing company. The alliance would involve BizAuctions selling Black Chandelier's excess inventory through its on-line eBay auction platform. This alliance will provide another revenue stream which expands its present auction platform of products that is available to on-line consumers.

Richard Surber, CEO of Nexia Holdings, Inc., commented, "Mr. Janovec is a visionary. He realizes that Nexia is a ground level investment opportunity. Mr. Janovec has seized upon an opportunity that streamlines AMRE's operations and diversifies AMRE's portfolio. I am confident that AMRE will benefit from the acquisition of Nexia's Class C preferred stock as well as realize the benefit of increased value of its remaining GRNE shareholdings. Nexia's plans for GRNE will benefit AMRE and all GRNE shareholders. Over the coming weeks, Delmar and I will be working hard to build value through additional alliances between BZCN and Black Chandelier which could result in BZCN selling our high quality apparel creating another mutually beneficial transaction." For more information on Nexia, please visit the website at www.nexiaholdings.com.

well guys this one is ready again. i have posted a chart and as you can see there are a few things on it you can see the first pattern breakout which was a descending triangle break at .0004 shown in red and how it has reached the resistance at .0007 which is the black line touching all the tops on the chart. it breaks .0007 then it will run just based on technical run. IMHO anything under .0007 or .0007 is a great buy based on these technical aspects of the chart. very excited for tomorrow and the coming days. good luck!

AmeriResource Subsidiary RoboServer Completes Development of Its New "Assisted Server"
Thursday October 25, 6:30 am ET

LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 25, 2007 -- AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB:AMRE.OB - News) announced that its subsidiary, RoboServer Systems Corp., (Other OTC:RBSY.PK - News) developer of the revolutionary Self-Serve System that enables quick-service restaurant customers to process their own orders on a touch-screen kiosk has completed development of its new CT-MY1 Assisted Server unit, and is in the process of beginning their marketing campaign.

Delmar Janovec, CEO of AmeriResource, commented, "The units are manufactured by TeamSable and built in Taiwan, are a self-service ordering and payment system that features dual screens and can be accessed by both customers and employees. The Assisted Server utilizes software which allows customers to place and pay for their orders using the touch-screen interface, and permits employee oversight and assistance, if needed. The units sit on the countertops in place of the traditional POS."

"The CT-MY1 is designed to replace standard POS terminals/cash registers at the counter, and allows a single employee to monitor several ordering queues simultaneously. It functions as a self-service station and can be used as a regular POS if the customers do not want to place their own orders. The "Assisted Server" is a step in moving toward total Self Service or to replace orders using the conventional POS function. In a busy environment, one employee can assist and monitor 4 units while customers do their own ordering, thus reducing employee counts, improving customer satisfaction and order accuracy," added Janovec.

Company information is available at http://www.RoboServerCorp.com. Investors and media can receive a free investor kit for RoboServer Systems Corp. by contacting Investor Relations at investors*roboservercorp.com or (866) 893-0229. Company financial statements can be viewed at www.PinkSheets.com.

ABOUT ROBOSERVER SYSTEMS:

RoboServer Systems (Other OTC:RBSY.PK - News) has developed Point of Sale and Self-Serve software technology for the restaurant industry for more than four years.

The Company's key growth product suite is the RoboServer Self-Serve System and the LineBuster CT-MY1 duel countertop model -- a software and hardware terminal that allows quick-service restaurant customers to order and purchase their own food and beverages, reducing the costly expense of employee services and reducing customer order time.

Similar technology has been proven and deployed in large grocery and hardware chains throughout the United States, because Self-Serve technology reduces costs for businesses, and reduces ordering time for customers. Self-Serve technology is an industry-changing technology that will become significantly more prevalent in fast-food over the next few years. Self-serve technology is a strong growth industry that can demonstrate an easily quantifiable return on investment to client restaurants, even in soft economies.

Watch AMRE for another run very soon. They will be late filing their 10-Q report, but it is expected to be very good.
Currently .0002 x .0003

The below is from the NT 10-Q and it shows a sample of the increased revenue that will be in the 10-Q report.

---------------------------------------------
FORM 12b-25
NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING

(3) Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof?( X ) Yes ( ) No

If so, attach an explanation of the anticipated change, both narrative and quantitatively, and, if appropriate, state the reasons why a reasonable estimate of the results cannot be made.

The Company revenues for the three months ended, September 30, 2007 as compared to September 30, 2006, increased from $261,837 to $1,066,598, or approximately a 307% increase. The increase in revenues is due to an increase in the number of commercial liquidation accounts and sales for its majority owned subsidiary, BizAuctions, Inc.

The revenues for the 3 rd Qtr. ending September 30, 2007 are approximate as the final numbers for the 3 rd Qtr. have not yet been finalized by the Company and reviewed by its new independent auditors.

AmeriResource 2007 Sales Increase Significantly in First Nine Months
Wednesday November 21, 6:30 am ET

LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 21, 2007 -- AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB:AMRE.OB - News), a diversified holding company, announced today that its revenues (unaudited) for its subsidiaries, BizAuctions, Inc., AuctionWagon Inc., and RoboServer Systems Corp., for the nine months ending September 30, 2007, have increased approximately 246%.

"For the nine months ending September 30, 2007, revenues have increased to approximately $1,991,792 from approximately $576,252 for the corresponding period in 2006. The increase in revenues is attributed to the solid management and staff in each of our companies as well as the strong growth in the business model of BizAuctions, Inc. The Companies have not achieved net profits after General and Administrative expenses however, have made significant progress in reducing losses," noted Delmar Janovec, CEO of AmeriResource.

AuctionWagon is both an eBay Certified Developer and eBay Trading Post that has the insider expertise and proven ability to lead the industry," comments Janovec.

"RoboServer Systems Corp., developer of the revolutionary Self-Serve System that enables quick-service restaurant customers to process their own orders on a touch-screen kiosk, has made significant progress in 2007 with the development of its 'Assisted Server-CT-MY1,' dual screen counter top unit, and the establishment of two new divisions within the Company, 'LineBuster' and 'iOrder.' We anticipate being very busy in 2008 with the development of the 'Assisted Server-CT-MY1' and the establishment of the two divisions, 'LineBuster' and 'iOrder,'" concluded Janovec.

That OS is only gonna get bigger. They'll put decent news out and just dump all they can.

As you can see, this news didn't do anything for the stock. Most investors won't touch this POS now since they raised the A/S to 50b. So fawkin sad this company is. Used to be a good to trade, but now it's just an embarrassment.
