GEGP update…just got off the phone with the CEO Brian Stetten, he informed me that the company has some nice developments in the works that will be announced soon…which may account for the volume today…
I ask him about the share structure and he informed me that the share structure on pinksheets needs to be updated…and that currently there are 2.9 billion o/s and 639 mil shares in the float…I asked him how that is possible when we traded 792 mil shares today and ended up .0001 x .0002 at eod…
He informed me that there has been a large short position on the stock for some time now and they are currently working on a plan to combat the shorts and what we are most likely seeing is a short covering taking place…I also inquired about the increase in a/s to 25 bil and he stated that the shares have not and would not be hitting the market…and anything over the 2.9 bil o/s are restricted for 2 years and will only be used as part of their plan going forward…

Juice, If those numbers are acurate and this thing is shorted the way Stetten says it is, we are in for a 10 BAGGER run, and soon.
If there is only 2.9 Billion O/S, the company has reduced its O/S by over 50%.
As of July 31,2007 the O/S was 6,531,501,513.

Oh, and for the record, I have way more of this than I should (of course I *should* have 0, but that's beside the point) from back a while, so I hope it runs, but a CEO saying he's going after the shorts is like me saying I'm going after the perfect woman. Maybe she exists, maybe she doesn't. Either way, I ain't getting her.
