I already answered you in one of your other threads. Try doing some DD that doesn't consist of begging other people to do the work for you.

The reason I was asking is .... I was sent someting regarding a 1 for 10 reverse split . But when I do DD I can find nothing about this on the internet . Thought that was strange . Especially since It is soposed to take place in next couple of days .
Most reverse splits scare people { and is almost a gaurantee that pps with plumet sharply } ... so then why is price per share increasing at the moment ?
It seems odd to me . Logically I think I should sell fast pefore split { if it is real } then buy back after split when price falls to new lows .
Does anybody have any imput here . Would be appreciated .. Thanks .

I personally would sell before the split and then never buy back, but that's just me Rarely do companies do R/S and have the best (or any) interests of shareholders in mind at all. And never should you hold one of these an a long term investment, so get out, and stay out, until you see a good reason to buy at some point in the future.

It's very simple . And it's a good question I have .
I hold many stocks ... and one being DCBI . Within the last two weeks I recieved an E-mail via TDAmeritrade that dcbi has sent the following statement . That DCBI has chosen to do a 1 for 10 reverse split . I knew there was a reverse split coming { 1 for 25 was expected } however the E-mail I recieved indicates that it is now a 1 for 10 and effective this month . I think I recall the date as July 20th { to my recallection that is } .
I see no information on this anywhere . But the E-mail came from Ameritrades client services which they recieved from DCBI to forward to me . Thats why I have been asking if anyone else has this information . Not even the pinksheets is showing any pr's to this . Yet it came from DCBI by way of my broker { Ameritrade }.
In any case I am sure it it true .... Just confused why they chose not to pr the info in a press release as usual . Because the price has inched up { and that is highly unusual for a stock prior to a reverse split } but I can see that many are unaware of this 1 for 10 RS taking place .
So once again ....does anybody else have any information to share on this . My guess is that share holders are sitting on this info and selling to avoid the inevitable price dump after split ... while new buyers are taking a chance not knowing that the split is accuring . This is interesting and I expect we will see the usual price dip after reverse split . It's only a 1 for 10 so I will call it a dip . If it were like other stocks and their reverse splits { 1 for 100 , 1 for 1,000 or even 1 for 10,000 } I would call it a plunge .
We will see it dip for sure and then sometime get back on track with the normal ups & downs .
But I sure would like to hear from someone else knowing about this " 1 for 10 split " .

It's a pink sheet stock, so I don't think they have to file anything. I'd watch the daily list at otcbb.com and sell if you see it pop up there. You'll have about 2 hours warning because they usually update the list around 1:30-2:00

Well first off I believe the stock is undervalued at the moment .
And I believe a lot of people are watching this one and are ready to jump in big time . They were waiting for the R/S .
And it is only a 1 for 10 { smallest I have ever heard of } I am beginning to wonder if I should had many more shares at this point . There is strong resistance to go lower and rumbles in movement as though it wants to explode .
This is a stock unlike any other energy drink company I have ever seen . I hope I can still get cheap shares . But at this point I can't tell what is about to happen .
Tommorow is the big day . Thanks for post that Juice . I was wondering when the exact day was .
