eWorld Companies, Inc. Forms Strategic Alliance With Los Angeles Music Awards

Nov 27, 2007 09:00:00 (ET)

LOS ANGELES, Nov 27, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- eWorldCompanies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EWDI) announced today that its operating subsidiary eWorld Entertainment, Inc. (eWorlde) has entered into a long-term strategic alliance with Los Angeles Music Awards ("LAMA"). Under the terms of the agreement, eWorld and LAMA will engage in a series of cross-promotional activities in which eWorld will broadcast advertising and promotional clips of LAMA events and activities on its Boomerang Media Station and LAMA will promote eWorld and its technologies, including PlayTV and the Boomerang Media Station, at its events and on its website. The Los Angeles Music Awards is the longest running major awards show for independent artists in history, and eWorld's technology will be presented at the 17th annual Awards Show this Thursday, November 29 in Hollywood, CA.

Both eWorld and LAMA stand to reap major benefits from this alliance. eWorld's proprietary technologies have it positioned to become a major player in the areas of online entertainment, including online marketing of music, music videos, movies, streaming videos and live and archived pay-per-view events. eWorld's integrated Boomerang Media Station, Media Player and 24-hour PlayTV online entertainment network provides an ideal platform in which LAMA's recording artists can demo and market their wares directly to the public, and eWorld's international reach can help LAMA and its artists reach a global audience who might otherwise never hear or see their work. LAMA, on the other hand, will provide an ideal feeding and filtering mechanism of new music content and rising artists for eWorld's Boomerang and PlayTV network, some of which will be exclusively available through these channels, and will work with eWorld to create, market and promote the music of their artists directly through this exciting new platform.

Commentary

Upon release of this announcement, Henning Morales, CEO of eWorld Companies, Inc. commented, "We are very pleased to announce this strategic alliance with Los Angeles Music Awards, one of the music industry's premier promoters of independent music. Everyone knows about the Los Angeles Music Awards annual show, but not everyone realizes that LAMA also provides a large slate of ongoing independent music events and activities throughout the year and is integrally connected with a wide range of independent music artists all around the world. We look forward to providing a platform and marketing exposure to these artists. We believe that with this strategic alliance with LAMA we have taken another major step toward positioning eWorld as a major provider of online entertainment."

Ok.....here is what I feel may have happened.....It does not change the fact that the product Boomerang Media Station is GREAT, and that it can and WILL generate immense sizes of capital right after launch!

Let us not worry at this moment about the A/S...it is either 2 or 3 billion....

I feel the MM's drove the price down with mirror trades because they may have had a huge buyer at .0003! It makes sense though doesn't it? I feel that after eWorlds' event, someone with DEEP pockets came forward and felt as though this company has huge potential. Why not make it look as though it is crashing to shake out the "scared" investor and at the same time, fill a HUGE order?

Wait until after the LAMA (LA Music Awards)! HUGE (can't stress HUGE enough)! Just one investor with 500K ,and 500K is NOTHING to the moguls of music and art, would change everything.

Wait, it gets even better! Boomerang launches on Feb 08th WORLDWIDE....not just LA or the USA...but worldwide! Sponsors include Nike, Microsoft, Samsung, Coca-Cola and more! Companies spend BIG BUCKS on advertising.....

I just can't stress this enough....even if we see .0001 today...we won't be there long....Hold tight, make sure your dinner trays are in their upright position, and please buckle up because we will be taking off shortly!

GO EWDI!!!

lol, now that is some speculation! Who knows though it could also mean that the only people happy over this are Spanish film makers. My buy is back in it may just go again. I still want to know what is the draw of the product though...

No one is refusing to "hear" these negative comments...no one was hiding any valuable info (at least that I am aware of). This stock WILL run harder than the previous run...

O/S has been reduced from 2.8B to 2.2B...that in itself has to be a good thing....

All I have seen you do thus far gramlich is wait for a stock to go red, and then say..."It's dying, run for your lives"...I mean check your posts...they speak "basher"....

So, did you manage to get those shares at .0001 that you have been bashing so hard to get? I am sure you did...watch, in less than a week you'll be pumping this....If not, just let it go and kindly keep your bidwhacking opinion to yourself (and your $100 portfolio)...in other words for those who are too dense to understand (Gramlich)....MOVE ON !

You are always so quick to say "As he sells you his shares"....B*I*T*C*H, if you could read and comprehend English...you would have known from what I said that I haven't sold ONE single share...AGAIN (just for meathead here), I have been in since .0023 and will continue to remain in until launch of Feb 2008!

In my opinion your one star rating should be removed and an asterik placed there intead...one star rating is way too high for you.....

You POS bashers NEVER suprise me....I am fed up with you stalking me and my posts....Very simply at this point....F*U*C*K OFF

find where I have bashed any other posts. This one I got started cuz you were counting on others to break through crazy resistance. If there was a reason I was going to keep playing it. Nobody had a reason why people would use it. I stayed away. You started the bashing and I just laughed. I also laugh at the fact that you have no reason to use it yet you posted yesterday how great of a product it is. Along with your movie stars buying it up at .0003 lol

Well tex some of those bags that I have held are off of false statements that sucked me in. It yanks my chain when people suck other in. Sell take your lumps, average down, wait whatever but don't suck others in. It really doesn't help. You would have to suck Warren Buffet in to get this back to .0023 lol

LOL* potty mouth ;-)

God, I am edgy lately....must have one too many X's (XXY, instead of XY...hopefully you know what I mean).

Looks like I may need all the luck in the world, and believe me when I say I am not trying to "draw" anyone in here...I am just comfortable (insane as it may seem...LMAO) with this position...eventhough I have lost over 10K in this in a mere 2 1/2 days....

I have NO CHOICE but to go long....I love the news...the idea...somewhat like 'MLM'....stressing "SOMEWHAT". The only thing I truly hope for at this point is no R/S of that increase in A/S...F/S yes, R/S NO...LOL

I really wish it wouldn't split forwards or reverse either way, and just run it's course now, but you and I know that either one of them may not be too far off...then again, it may never come.

I don't know, but for some damn reason....GOD HELP ME....I love it!
