We do not manipulate the stock price nor do we use market makers, the price is reflective of traders buying blocks. As you know we are working to move back to the OTCBB which is more representative of a true market place. These are the pinks. Either we are a bad investment or an opportunity, that is up to the individual investors. As for i-Trend, this is a new product that will be launched sometime in August, the website is being upgraded.
Best regards, Garth McIntosh, President.

(Trendsoft)is projecting 1.5 million in (i-trend software)sales within the first twelve months. TrendSoft Ltd., announced that it is expected to release its new software program i-Trend (R) by August 1, 2007
“... it is the unanimous discissions ...to turn down the (3.5 million) offer of sale of Ramapo Valley Brewery at this time” said President and CEO Garth McIntosh.
The board has instead authorized the company to seek a secured loan ($300,000.00) for 10 new fermentation tanks, which would increase the production . Garth McIntosh, President & CEO of ICBS further stated, "With 10 new fermenting tanks we would expect to see annual sales for our beer increase in the area of $7 million with an expected bottom line of $2.6 million". The companies business plan calls for additional tanks to be added in 2008 and 2009 that would allow the companies production to reach a possible 29 million sales per year, with profits estimated at 14.5 million dollars.
I have no clue on the airline routes or the organic juice company and as such have not considered any contribution from these sources.
...so if one were to consider these forward looking statements as somewhat believeable, take the 1.5m estimate from the software sales, and the 7m for the brewery sales, add them together and devide by 25% (to be consertive) I get projected annual revenue of at least 8.5m/4 = 2.1m. IF this is to happen, it should become self evident in the next 30 to 60 days, and the valuation of the company will go from ~250k to a multiple of the consertively estimated 2.1m annual sales.
Using a 1x multiple, the projected PPS goes from .0008 to .008
With a 10x multiple, PPS goes to .08.

How do you know for sure they have ownership? Also none of the other business has been confirmed, seems very fishy. However if legit, and they stop dumping this could be a superwinner

That website is the poorest designed thing I've ever seen, and wikipedia isnt a legit source, come on now wally.
It's a start up company. I'm just putting out what I find. You on the other hand are simply speculating that it's a bogus company because of the poor Web Design.
I looked at the site and did cursory DD on the Airline. It's a private charter service not a major airline. They will not be operational until Later this year.
Now if you had stated that they own 50% of a company that is worthless at this time, I would completely agree with you. However you chose to call the company bogus.
I own no shares here but was starting to DD this so see if it was worth trading. I still don't know but will post whatevere I do find. This is also only one part of the company not the whole business.
You say wikipedia isn't a legit source so where is your source other than pure specualtion? Links please.

Partners Egon Linzenberg and Dan Scott founded the Ramapo Valley Brewery in 2000. It opened in Suffern, NY, at the site of the defunct Mountain Valley Brewery, who produced the erstwhile Ruffian brand of beers.
After three years as a brewpub and entertainment venue, the partners moved the brewing operations to a far more spacious facility a mile up the road in Hillburn, NY. The expansion allows them to scale up production from their former potential of approximately 1000 bbls to 3700 bbls annually.
Head brewer John Calen, and assistant brewer Jeff Findley both come from technical backgrounds (as so many in this industry do). Calen, who trained under Dr. Keith Thomas at Brewlab in England, has brewed professionally since 1996 and has been with RVB since 2003. Findley is a modern renaissance man, tackling jobs as diverse as brewing, plumbing and operating a forklift. He joined the team in 2004.
The brewery's gluten-free beer has been especially popular. Orders come in from all over the USA. As sales increase, Ramapo is poised to become a major regional brewery in the not-so-distant future. I picked up a bottle of their Trail Quencer IPA at a local beer emporium and found it to be quite tasty. This is a strong, dark, hoppy, kosher IPA with subtle hints of overripe plumb and citrus with, perhaps, caramel or brown sugar that downplay the often alcoholic overtones of IPAs.
The label on the bottle suggests a small, enthusiast brewery. However, the website betrays the image and the taste of the beer with a funky, musical flash website and a photo of a CEO in a suit. It's an odd image for an industry that, as a whole, seeks to brand itself as grassroots and anti-corporate.

However this is a PinkSheet company so anything is possible. Who knows. Of more interest to me at this point is: If dilution is happening then I'll watch for signs of a reversal that signal the end of Dilution and then buy.

Are marketing materials, prerelease information, suggested retail sales price, and target sales information for your software product available now? If not, can you tell me the best place for me to be looking for this information to be made public? Do you have an email list for future product announcements you can add my name to?
Thank you for your time to respond.

I dont believe the problem are the L2's , I think they're unstable because there isnt enough exposure. MM's move up without a lot of volume.
