IRVING, TX, May 03, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Safety International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HSFI) announced today the completion of a definite two-year sales agreement for the exclusive rights to sell InfrAegis products in 13 countries in the Middle East and Asia and the non-exclusive rights in several other countries. The Distributor Licensing Agreement calls for Homeland to assign certain agents in the defined territories to sell and support InfrAegis' entire line of nuclear, radiation, biological and explosives detection products as well as the related software for secure transmission of detection data and facial imaging. Countries included in the agreement are China, Japan, Thailand, Viet Nam, Korea, Qatar, Bahrain, Dubai, Kuwait, Jordon, and the UAE. Additional countries will be added in the future with the agreement of both parties. Homeland Safety stated that several of its agents have already introduced Ia's products to their clients around the world with very positive responses. Homeland Safety further stated that licensing funds have already been exchanged for the right to sell InfrAegis' products.
