US...there is no way to tell which way this will go...too many unanswered questions...but I have been posting about the dilution going on here for months now and it continues as we speak. That equals disaster for the pps from here IMO...
Also...I don't trust ANY of these pinksheet co's or the mergers, divies, etc. that they try to sell you on.

Personally, and this may be a bit extreme, I think the entire Pink Sheet market should be shut down. Anyone who has a position would just be liquidated and that would be that.
The Pink Sheets are a breeding ground for scams, lies, and garbage. It's time to shut it down.
Anyway that's my opinion, sure there are a few diamonds in the rough.... I don't think this FCCN/Aero merge is one of them.
I hope though for the Longs sake that I am completely wrong, I would rather this run to $1 and look like a fool here than have what in my opinion will happen:
Continued dillution, Massive R/S and a paltry pps.

I wouldn't take it THAT far, but you can do as you wish. I have made no predictions about what I think the PPS will do, and I have said nothing about it going over .04. I merely said I think it will go over .02, and that is almost a bagger for me. It doesn't have to be a home run to be profitable. If it sees .035, I'll be whistling Dixie for sure!

Sorry, but you have GGI continuously dumping shares, no proof that Aero has even a nickel in the bank, R/S looming, 5 BILLION A/S....
This is not worth more than .02 even with the merger announcement. Anything between .01 - .015 is fair value - at .017 it's overpriced!
CSHD went to 4 dollars. Lotta poop if you sell in that range.

Thanks retired...very rarely do I trust them, and a couple of times I have paid for it, but then, I have made money on others and for whatever reason, my gut says something about this one. Hope the gut is not wrong. Good luck on your positions!

This is the beginning of the end for FCCN, I've seen it a dozen times in a dozen other Pink Sheet. The pumpers tried to keep it up, but it is failing. GGI is dumping relentlessly it appears...
The Red Flags are waving high and mighty here, can't you see them?
Of course this is my opinion, but this is typically the first stage of the meltdown in these Pinks.
The Ibub board is turning into another circus. Reminds me of CSHD right before...
"Don't Stop.." ...then blackness...a la Sopranos.

I don't know if you could say the pps is collapsing it's down 10%. It's been here before but if you want out I quess now is as good as anytime.

LOL, if there even is a R/M with Aero. I have my suspicions that this has been a big set up from day one. I agree JimSC, FCCN is heading back under .01, don't buy now!

Aero Exhaust mufflers are an exclusive NASCAR Performance product and carry the prestigious NASCAR brand on product, packaging and related media.
The prototypes for a new line of direct fit mufflers has been completed, tested and the line is currently in production with availability estimated for the month of July 2007. The new mufflers combine the technology of Aero Exhaust's turbine and stealth lines and are designed to fit a variety of automobiles without modifying the existing exhaust pipes. There are 13 new styles and configurations in the muffler line that will fit a large number of automobile makes, models and years.
A new line of full turbo and cat-back systems diesel exhaust systems, which include all parts from the catalytic converter, turbo charger or muffler back to the tailpipe, has also been completed and is currently in production with product expected to be available for distribution by July 2007. The diesel line of exhaust systems includes 20 different kits for a variety of different makes and models of trucks.
The full diesel exhaust systems are expected to be targeted to both existing and new Aero Exhaust markets, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), which would consist of automobile manufacturers and dealerships that could offer the systems as optional equipment or potentially include them as standard equipment.
Additional new product lines are in the prototype stage, including more full cat-back systems, which will increase the number of makes and models that Aero Exhaust systems will fit. Subsequent announcements that will update the progress of additional product rollouts are expected as the new products go into production and are prepared for introduction to the automotive industry.

I think this PR was a little more than just fluff, if they can get a deal with a major manufacture this would mean huge $$$. From my convo with Andrew the other day, it sounds like there will be news like this leading up to the completion of the merger.

It appears the dilution has ended, which indicates the debenture should be paid in full. Clean shell and 9 more trading days until the end of the quarter...keep an eye out for news.

The other thing to really note is that they are ISO9001 compliant. Very expensive and time-consuming to get, and a MUST for any kind of big name contract. Military contractors have to do it to get government projects, and in this particular case, a parts manufacturer would need it for an OEM deal.
