Did ATLJ do something wrong or the trade agent. I thought ATLJ was already addressing the shorts and changing their symbol.

this will make for some interesting reading between beers this weekend. how manipulative crooks can be. see if this uncovers similar activity elsewhere in the pink world.

So if they issued false certificate those would be invalid, correct? What they did is illegal and thus can can not transfer but how is this bad for the company? Wouldn't this allow for a more accurate account of the shares and thus in the long run increase the pps as we will now know the correct shares purchased. Which gets back to what I was saying earlier, wasn't the company in the process of changing their symbol to correct the shorting situation. Or am I just not understanding this. Feel free to set me straight in this matter. Thx

seems to me OSC stopped trading affected securities due to questions of counterfeited shares, funneled through this TA, to get time to figure out what's up. Some companies may be found to be victims, some may be found to be complicit; others, eg PMCL, seem to have further questions...
