I agree especially with the diluter mm's gone it can move on it's own. They also have a new website and gold mining production is getting in gear. We should hear some news from the company in the near future.

May 14, 2007 10:28:00 AM CORAL GABLES, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/14/07 -- Siguiri Basin Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SBMI) has directed that its stock structure information be updated to reflect the total outstanding share amount of 705 million shares. The Company believes the current share price does not adequately reflect the value of its joint venture with Consolidated Mining and Minerals. However, at this time the Company has decided not to affect a reverse split; instead, SBMI will continue to concentrate its efforts on achieving producer status in the coming weeks.

Just a matter of time: Siguiri Basin Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SBMI): CEO of Consolidated Mining and Minerals Travels to Denver, Colorado to Negotiate Partnership With Panama Mining of Golden Cycle May 23, 2007 11:01:00 AM CORAL GABLES, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/23/07 -- Siguiri Basin Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SBMI): Mark D. Klok, Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated Mining and Minerals (www.consolidatedmining.com), visited Denver, Colorado to join the world renowned Geologist Lee R. Rice, P.E. (Colorado #12894) and conference with the principals of Panama Mining of Golden Cycle ("PMOGC") to negotiate a partnership which would allow for SBMI to join a syndicate of participating mining companies in Panama. This partnership would allow the company to achieve production within two continents and maintain year round placer production despite seasonal difficulties with weather conditions in Africa. This Panamanian portfolio is planned to be operated by Consolidated Mining and Minerals on behalf of several private and public companies under a syndicate that will be mandated to complete an extensive exploration program on the 100+ square miles of placer, paleoplacers and vein deposits.
Extensive placer gold resources occur in stream channels and stream banks in addition to offshore marine deposits within concessions held by Panama Mining of Golden Cycle, Inc. in the Santa Fe District, Veraguas Province, Panama. Placer mining has been carried out more or less continuously in this area for over 500 years. Vein deposits and paleoplacers also are known to exist within the concession area, but their potential has not been included in this preliminary resource estimate complied by Mr. Lee R. Rice, P.E.
Mr. Rice stated, "This property has the potential of world class placer status." This is reflected in his Data Technology Services resource estimate report dated October 28, 2006. That report shows the total recoverable gold resource of the "PMOGC" concessions is 6,459,000 ounces (200,891 kg) with a current value in excess of $3.23 billion.

Matter of time with gold price going up daily. Siguiri Basin Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SBMI): President and COO of Consolidated Mining and Minerals Has Started the Testing of Properties May 29, 2007 11:19:00 AM CORAL GABLES, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/29/07 -- Siguiri Basin Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SBMI) -- William "Bill" Ross, President and Chief Operating Officer of Consolidated Mining and Minerals (www.consolidatedmining.com), has arrived on the Fifa property in West Africa with Mr. Benoit Viloette, a professional geologist, and two local junior geologists to direct a crew of 30 local laborers in testing the land and sampling sections of the Tinkisso River. The testing dredge that is on location is being assembled for deployment and should run approximately 6-8 yards per hour for gold production to begin immediately. Hostile weather conditions have been reportedly approaching the region early this year and management is taking an aggressive path to collect as much data possible on the land and river under NI 43-101 standards to increase the company's overall indicated and proven resources. Mr. Ross is reportedly taking an exploration team to the basin of a remote waterfall location on the river where some of the richest gold sedimentary deposits are said to be found according to villagers. Mr. Ross has been quoted as saying the company is "Going for the gold" with plans to deploy D-7 dozers next season to temporarily dam off the basin area in order to drain the basin of the waterfall and extract low cost, high grade production. The waterfall may prove to be one of the largest naturally collected deposits of gold in the entire region which has remained untouched for thousands of years. Mr. Ross's team is now conducting the preliminary testing needed before full production deployment is triggered next season. Mr. Benoit Viloette is now focused on completing an intensive NI 43-101 sampling program on the Fifa Prospecting Permit. The Fifa Permit studied is almost entirely covered with laterite duricrust plateaus, pediments and recent alluvial deposits; outcrops are rare and mostly saprolitic in nature. Rock fragments of these formations are found in the rubbles and rock debris left from the artisan mining activities in the alluvial flats of the property. Along the Bereko River most of these fragments are weathered phillites. To fully assess the gold mineralization potential of both the Fifa Prospecting Permit and the Tinkisso Dredging permits, a comprehensive two phase exploration program will be done with the objective of gathering sufficient information to clearly define additional mining potential of the various gold environments identified on the properties. The first phase of the program will be carried out over 2 months and the data collected should be sufficient to justify a production decision on the Tinkisso Dredging Project and provide a coherent database on the geology and economic gold potential of additional portions of the Fifa permit. The impressive and apparently persistent poly-phase quartz veining system exposed in the trenching uncovered is very similar to the saprolitic gold ore now being exploited by SAG at the Siguiri mine some 65 km to the east of Fifa. Overall the team has reported very high signs of additional gold during the start of testing and excitement is building to implement full scale production.
