thanx bigfoot...there really hasn't been much to comment on in months....i've just been sitting back, keeping the faith...
it's strange how little anxiety this has caused me. i have what i consider to be a sizeable position but it is averaged in at about .035 so i'm down significantly. i've never thought though that this was gonna go belly up or it was a scam...maybe i'm just stupid but it's always been an issue in my mind of when this was gonna run and not "oh, god...is this ever going to happen, oh, god i'm screwed...", etc...
it's tough not having as much information as we'd like but the last two pr's show they've been working diligently...
i've heard that they held the most recent pr until the first round of dd was completed by the investment firm and that they ok'd it's contents...
i've also heard that a significant proportion of the work for up to date filings has been finished and they could be released in the not to distant future...
just think for a second: we could posibly see a scenario unfold between now and the new year where (1) ag pro is aquired then (2) two more plants are obtained then (3) they file for tax payer backed county bonds to finance a biodiesel plant (4) they begin construction on that plant (5) they announce a major fast food chains contracts with mlxo to provide them with non transfat oil (6) they edgarize the filings necessary to bring them up to reporting status allowing them to (7) file to reduce the a/s to 500 mill and to (8) file for relistment to the otcbb with a sponsoring mm....most of this could possibly happen before x-mas or soon thereafter...and after all of that is complete...we have biodiesel sales to look forward to in 2008 and beyond....
ny investment firms and county governments doen't waste time and millions of dollars on pipe dreams and scams...the future looks bright...

i'm under the impression the dd period will be done in a few days, maybe a week...15 days for the aquisition puts us middle of september for ag pro...4 days for other aquisitions puts us sometime in november...
before xmas we could have 3 operatoinal and profitable soy crushing plants, contracts to sell oil to fast food joints, elimination of nir and cornell debt, and reducion of a/s...
relistment to a higher exchange, st. lawrence county bonds, construction of biodiesel plant, sales of biodiesel all for 2008...
and all the while the plastics are quietly and profitable churning away in the background....
there may be spikes along the way for flippers but this is clearly shaping up to be a growth stock for at least 18-24 months...in my most humble opinion....

We have a bit of a wait for news, but I think anticipation is going to bolster our base for the run when news is released.
Tuesday closed with a hammer which can show a possible reversal is in the works. Today we closed with a dragonfly doji which says selling pressure is deminishing. That is supported by the low 100k volume we had today. I'm thinking that as long as there are people who want in, we start a slow climb.
Slow gains are good. They stick harder than gains made by runs.

Nor I Viper but we are still holding high average price with higher than normal volume. We are on our way, it's just taking longer than some people would like. So they are off to other plays for the moment. They'll be back. Paying more for the shares.

This is a little over a year old from a big boy ADM
It appears to be the same game plan that MLXO is working on the biodiesel plant next to the soybean crushing plant.
7/27/2006
"Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM) today announced plans to build a biodiesel production facility in Rondonopolis, Mato Grosso, Brazil with an annual capacity of 180,000 metric tons. The plant will use soybean oil as its feedstock and is competitively positioned to meet the large anticipated demand from soybean producing farmers as well as from the Brazilian road and rail transport industries. Additionally, it will be strategically located adjacent to ADM’s existing soybean crushing plant in Rondonopolis to maximize synergies between ADM’s Brazilian origination, transportation and processing capabilities.
“ADM is a leader in the production of biodiesel in Europe, and we are pleased to use that extensive experience to help meet the demand for this biofuel in Brazil,” stated Matthew Jansen, President-South American Operations. “As a world leader in soy processing and biofuel production, our participation in the Brazilian biodiesel market is a complementary fit for our business.”
This biodiesel plant will be operational in the first half of 2007, ahead of the anticipated increase in demand due to the mandate that all diesel fuel sold in Brazil include 2% biodiesel beginning in 2008, and 5% biodiesel beginning in 2013.
