Well, if you haven't seen it already, LDHI is now a pink.
Since the stock plummetted to a 52 week low and went to the pinks since the last thread was started (plus, it's a pump title) I figured what a better time to start a new thread. Heck, I will even stick my neck out (probably to get chopped off) and start it now.
EZTO Delisted 5/23/06, trading at .005, by October traded at .035+
SEVI Delisted 11/20/06, trading at .001, by end of Novemebr hit .0023
CKEI Delisted 11/16/06, 11/17/06 traded at .001, first week of December traded at .007
COIB Dlisted 12/20/06, on 12/20/06 traded as low as .01, by Jan 30, traded at .04
ECCI Delisted 12/22/06, brought down to .017 on 12/26 and recovered to .032 Jan 9, and then another move up first week of Feb to .06
EWKE Delisted 2/20/07 2/21/07 trded down to .008, 3/6/07 = .018.
That great piece of dd above shows you that these things still run after they go to the pinks. And LDHI may have a case for getting back to the OTCBB. Anyone aware of what filing they were missing?
We'll see what happens tomorrow.

I will highlight the part that I believe is the reason they were delisted, despite filing the necessary, and late, 10-k...

Here's the deal, They have actually been late, and filed NT's, 4 times in the last 11 months. They simply got popped for it.
Still the same company... er wait, is that a good thing? No, but who cares, really? I am not in this for the long term investment. They diluted like mad, which made it hard to see bottom, and I will admit, I missed it. But, I also see that the MM's have taken the brunt of a lot of the dilution, as have shareholders over the last month or so. However, none of us want to sell down here. So maybe the MM's will still run it? They have a lot of shares now, and the numbers say yes (volume and price takedown)...
Aside from that, I wanted to share why they were delisted, as I was unaware of the "3 strikes and you're out" rule, until today.
I saw A LOT of companies get axed for it today, pretty interesting, and something to be aware of...

just like you said, a lot of companies got axed for it, whats crazy is that i think these blundering idiots completely missed the boat and probably scrambling to staighten this.. what clowns.. a simple slip of paperwork, then new rules, and goodbye, lol.. unreal.. all the while ceo claims naked short, lmao.. arss hat extraordinare imo..

so... they file on time, but they screw one form up, lol.. and this recently enacted rule on otcbb filing about a certain number of E's in a certain timeframe ruined them as transparent, now they are pink, lmao.. what a bunch of blundering fools imo.. whats even funnier is the action today, .002 ask got nailed all day. i am guessing some heads rolled per say over at ldhi this week, and now you will see an effort to reconcile this, that or ceo is a complete bs'er.. lol.. good pr company, we'll see. just what a blunder, lol

Lots of action at the ask today. Looks like they filled a large order at .0015, then brought it right back up. Could we see a nice bounce this week? I hope so, this one is waaaaay overdue for a breather...

im still holding some shares in the .002's i never got out of...trying to figure out if this will infact reverse...if so i will pick more up to even out while at a really low price for this stock
