My funds are ready ......2 mil today and might buy couple more mill tommarrow . Then I wait for the news on patent .Which is getting closer by every day .

Did massive DD . Been waiting for dilution to bring price down .
Been waiting so long for this . The three components needed to get the price to this level are presently taking place .Dilution , absence of news & fear from share holders watching lower pps .
By my calculations dillution should be done by next week . Swing movements will then take place and we are now closer than ever to patent news .
The risk against gain is very attractive at this level .

How do you calculate such a thing?
This is the CEO's personal ATM. So long as there is a buyer, there will be dilution. There is no product (you don't need a patent to begin marketing the product under patent review). The patent application is a hook to reel in suckers.
If you think the risk/reward on this looks good, then you need to do more DD. Risk is very high, and there will be no more than a couple tics upward before it suddenly resumes its downward spiral. Contrary to popular belief, there is no limit on the downside--it can R/S and then a few months later, do it again.
If you buy now, the most likely outcome is you lose 100% of your money. Is it worth it for a small chance at a 1-bagger?

Thanks , I know this is a company to be carefull with .
Like all penny stocks . But it can not be confirmed that the company has no product or intent to market . And when the price dropped below a certain point ...... It became obvious to me that fear from dropping price partially coused by dilution made this an excellent time to buy . If it had dropped to .0001 I still would not have panicked or bashed . I would have bought couple mil more and simply wait it out . But as you can see it took only a week . Sometimes it happens like that . Wheather it was a week , month or couple of months .... at the dropped price it was a great buy .
Risk against gain .... It was one to buy . I will watch the stock further .... And I still have 250 k free shares { as I believe this is one of those that has an odd chance to sky rocket if and when long awaited news arrives }
I also see USXP ... RSHN ... BKMP .... as great buys right now . Very good buys . And no need to panick if they tick down any further { Does'nt matter } . They are to low for me to pass up . I have started to buy all three today and will watch for any further ticks down to purchase more .
Other than that I will study a couple others and watch prices . There is another I have been watching and very close to buying . Next week I expect to buy it if price drops further on it . I have waited a year to buy it . I will keep all informed and will disclose that one { after I buy it } .

I did the same thing with RVME last week... Thanks to your post I may join you in buying... One question - looking at the buyers/volume did you place your sell order (Non All or None) to get it to sell? Nice post

And remember ... only what you can aford . That way you help to keep risk low .
RVME is one to be very careful of . It's good you made something there .....But be very careful with that stock .They live , eat and beath reverse splits .

Good starting point. Very high potential as it is, but I see this to be reverse merged by an Company listed on the Nasdaq with massive money back. Unfortunately, I do not have a cristal ball...Better view?
