there are almost 1300 of us getting sued for unknowingly buying fraudlent shares of bcit.

I'd be interested to hear Tex's take on this. I think he's been heavily involved in DDing the proceedings on that one.

the IHUB message board for BCIT is lit up like a roman candle. Can't believe no one but me on this board is getting rear ended.

You will need to file an Answer with the Court & BCIT attorney within 20-days of receiving the Petition. If you look at the below links, you will see a sample Answer and a few articles about this. I purchased a whopping $296 worth of shares on August 30, 2005, on good faith through Trading Direct.
Hope these help. I cannot offer legal advise, nor am I qualified, but I can hopefully put you in the right direction. With this info, you can save when having an attorney review the sample answer and the articles written about this situation.
