I'm not sure if anyone else noticed this, but it looks like a cap and handle formation is in the works and it is ready to explode very soon. Just my two cents.

RGNO Update : Spoke to Jerry....I see the crowd is getting restless here..so I called...I hate to be any one's mouthpiece though..Based on the recent communication, AT's requirements to remove RGNO off the restricted list is satisfied. This includes changes made to pinksheets.com information, state of neveda filing etc.Jerry told me they have news to report..I said then why not put it out for the world to see asap..it needs to clear the attorney since it involves external parties. could be any time according to him..I asked how the wells are progressing....he said much to their surprise they stuck some gas wells also this time!!! he sounded pretty upbeat about this! Oil & Gas!? Experts, step up here:-) I need a little help from O &G experts here..either one is good I guess so long as we have it:-) I asked him whether the company is selling shares (as some suspect) he told me their restrictions are such that they won't be able to sell a share without putting out the financials first..also made it clear that those who invested their money in RGNO got their shares for a much higher price so no question them selling either..I am feeling better:-)

I ask becuase the truck which is in some of the pictures is a BASIC ENERGY SERVICES, LP truck. I found this by looking up the vehicle via USDOT #. This company closed at $24.60 on NYSE EOD. Seems like RGNO is working with very reliable people.

Regions Oil and Gas Provides Update On Current Operations Tuesday July 10, 3:11 pm ET
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regions Oil and Gas, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RGNO - News) stated today:
The Iwo #2 recently underwent a re-completion into an upper zone that had a positive show of oil during drilling. While there has been a positive cut of oil, the well is currently shut in due to high gas pressure. Currently the well has approximately 750 lbs of pressure at the well head and is awaiting a test from the local gathering company. A well located in this section was shut in after drilling with 548 lbs of pressure and after completion had an initial daily rate of 1,548 MCF. Although weather continues to cause substantial delays, Regions hopes to attain this level of production.
The Gua #2 underwent a fracture treatment and is settling in. The results are promising and it appears the well has taken the fracture treatment as expected. Due to weather conditions the testing and meter hook up has been delayed, but will commence as soon as the weather allows. Currently a sales meter is located on this lease, gas sales could commence immediately following testing and gathering line connection.
"The weather has been a serious issue for most of the central United States over the last few months. Some of our projects have been delayed, but are slowly getting out of the mud. The pressure on the Iwo #2 was a pleasant surprise. We have had positive shows, but low production of gas on this lease. If these numbers stay steady this will be a very nice producer for us. This is the type of production levels we were looking for," stated Jerry Griggs, President Regions Oil and Gas, Inc.

Well this has been disappointing. It did touch 0.02 though. The last couple times it did that it ran up so that is what I am looking for right now. If it does then I will probably take my profit and go somewhere else until they get their stuff together. Sure it looks like a good long term play but I can make more money trading rather than investing. Good luck all.

Let's see if history will repeat itself tomorrow. It seems like whenever the stock goes below $0.02 and closes at the support level of $0.02 it rebounds the following day and a run begins. Also, looking back to when the runs began it has been on a friday. Will tomorrows Friday with todays action be lucky? Good Luck. I am still holding all my shares.

RGNO Announces Successful Pooling of Questar Exploration & Production Minerals
DALLAS, Aug 17, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Regions Oil and Gas, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RGNO) announced today the procedure of forced pooling, with the intention of engaging Questar Exploration & Production (NYSE:STR) and others, has been completed. The ruling by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission was signed on July 30th 2007. Questar was given 15 days to respond and has decided to not participate and as a result they have been paid their bonus money in accordance with the OCC ruling. This gives Regions the ability to drill several new wells in a proven field with the possibility of between 40,000 and 60,000 BBLs of recoverable oil from each new shallow well. If the utilization of new technology that was not readily available when this lease was originally produced is implemented, these numbers could increase. Drilling could commence in the next 60 days.
Tomorrow, August 18, 2007, there will be a Board of Directors meeting to be held at the Beggs, Oklahoma office to discuss, among other items:
-- Current Project Status
-- Future Revenue Generating Projects
-- The West Texas Play
-- Current and Future Affiliations with Third Party Oil and Gas E & P Companies
-- Shareholder Communications
-- Future Acquisitions
-- Water Disposal Facility Progress
"This entire process took some time. We had to make sure everything was signed and sealed before we could provide any news so that we did not cause any issues that could derail our efforts. While this play does not meet Questar's current area of interest, it matches our philosophy and fits perfectly into our business model. We are very excited this has come to a close and hope to begin drilling soon," stated Greg Dartez, Secretary, Regions Oil & Gas, Inc.
Greg went on to say, "There has been a lot of dissatisfaction with our current procedure on updating share holders. We are working on a process to be more proactive in our communications. Our goal is to provide appropriate, factual and timely information, with out giving the impression we are putting out news just to put it out. Most of our efforts require us to keep the information close to our hearts until we have deals locked up. This helps to insure we do not get knocked out of the running by some larger company. There are plenty of 'Old forgotten fields' out there and when we find one that meets our objectives we don't want to lose it. Our main goal has been, and always will be, to conduct operations with our shareholders' best interest in mind."
