FWIW, I called the TA a few weeks ago and the O/S was around 120 million. Still very low, but looks like the adding of shares was the cause of the drop in PPS. I've been watching this one for awhile and it does appear to be ready to run, just wanted to let ya know that the O/S has been increased

Hell of a day...was gonna jump in at .015 a few days ago and now I'm wishing I did. It's hard to tell when they're gonna let one run sometimes when dilution plays a roll. Congrats to all who are in!

With new IR, hopefully we will see some good news soon and a strong reversal.
**** This company has many product patents, new porducts, and contracts. It's a good risk when dilution is over. The trend is up

Be very very careful here....was gonna jump in again today until I called the TA. The O/S is now 181 million and the A/S is 200 million....so they dumped pretty hardcore over the past few weeks and are only 19 million away from having to increase the A/S and we all know how fans react to that here in pinkyland. Now who knows...the share structure is still low and who knows what the company is planning...thats why I'm just saying be careful and wanted to give the heads up. As for me...I'm gonna continue to sit back and watch. Best of luck!

And the more I think about it...this one usually sees very low volume so to dump that many shares so shortly means the vast majority of shares being traded are the companies dumped shares one would have to suppose. Who knows...

According to the Ihub msgs, the dilution is done thru RCBM, who dropped out of the Ask about two weeks ago. The run was possible because the dilution has ended. The trend is consistant with end-of-dilution run. The first pop will be followed by strong uptrend.

back in at .013, too tempting, caught this in march from .06 to .088...after calling the transfer agent like jerzey last month saw o/s increasing, i agree jimsc that dilution should be over and will go back up again, would be nice to see .10 again in the next 1-2 months

The company could be in finicial trouble which might be the reason they are diluting. Why would they hire another firm to assume all direct shareholder communications. Shouldn't PR's come from someone within the company. This is from the Apr 6 PR.
