LAS VEGAS, Apr 19, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Management of PTS, Inc. (OTCBB:PTSH) in conjunction with its subsidiary, DAC - Disability Access Corporation (Pink Sheets:DBYC), wishes to update its shareholders at this point in time. "Over the recent few weeks we have received a number of questions regarding our subsidiary, Disability Access Corporation (DAC). In order to respond fairly and openly to these questions, we have elected to take the most commonly asked questions and respond to them in the public forum of a press release," stated Peter Chin, President of PTS, Inc., the parent company of DAC.

Will DAC generate positive cash flow and realize a profit in 2007?

Based on contracts in hand, and the expanded services and efforts of the enterprise we fully expect DAC to generate a strong positive cash flow and show a profit by year end, barring unforeseen events.

If DAC generates positive cash flow, what will DAC do with any excess cash?

DAC is still a young growing company and as such, depending on the amounts of excess cash, the company will look to first continue its growth to meet the growing demands for its services, second reduce debt and third depending on funds availability consider share repurchases.

Will DAC expand into other business areas other than ADA inspections?

Though DAC's business model naturally extends itself to other business areas, for the current and near term the company will focus on its core business of ADA inspections, but will continue to review and consider new business opportunities as they present themselves. However, should an opportunity that is complimentary to the core business present itself with the attendant ease of synergy and commensurate high profit margin then of course the company will do the practical and prudent thing.

Has there been inquires by outside companies or individuals to buy DAC?

We have received inquires to that affect, but given the bright future of the company and the prospect for continued business value enhancement, we feel that solicitations based on historical earnings will not properly reflect the true value of the company. That said serious proposals and offers will be given the full and proper considerations as they should have, but such offers will have to be reflective of the real future potential of the business.

Will the recent growth trends of the company continue?

The company regularly receives unsolicited requests for services stimulated by the growing demand for ADA inspections, which as a result of capacity constraints the company has to decline. As the company continues to grow more of these requests for services will be met with acceptance and as demand does not appear to be diminishing the expectations are high for continued high growth in both the near and long term.

"We thank our shareholders and other interested parties for making the above inquires and trust that our responses satisfy the posed questions. In order to keep our shareholders informed, we further commit to periodically taking the most common questions and answering them in this type of forum," said Mr. Chin. Further commenting, Mr. Chin stated, "We are delighted by the growing success of DAC and are looking forward to its continued promising future under Ms. Thorpe's leadership (Barbara Thorpe is President and founder of Disability Access Consultants).

"Finally, concerning PTS's Glove Box business, we have, in recent weeks, received numerous inquiries about the Glove Box and we will report on this later, in future news releases," concluded Peter Chin, CEO of PTS, Inc.

Everyone seem to be hopping on the buyback bandwagon these days, but I have yet to see a company buy back enough to make a difference. It's usually a trick to lure investors so that they can dump like crazy.

PTS, Inc. is Proud to Report 220% Revenue Improvement in Its Subsidiary Disability Access Corporation
8/24/2007

LAS VEGAS, Aug 24, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
PTS, Inc. (OTCBB: PTSH) subsidiary Disability Access Corporation (Pink Sheets: DBYC) reported stand alone unaudited second quarter 2007 revenues of $462,000, which more than doubled the revenues $202,000 for the same quarter in the prior year 2006 with an unaudited net income of $93,000 versus a loss of $36,000 for the same quarter of 2006.

As Disability Access Corporation (DAC) continues to respond to continued growing demand for its services, DAC expects to continue to see greater revenue growth in the coming quarters. "The growth of DAC's operating revenues and net income is a reflection of both the need for DAC's services and the skill of DAC's talented professionals lead by industry expert Barbara Thorpe, President of DAC," said Peter Chin, CEO of PTS, Inc. Chin further commented, "The operations of DAC are continuing to improve and that the 20% operating margin reflects the strength and quality of earnings, it is highly likely, based on preliminary numbers, that DAC will continue to report positive net income over the balance of the year. We are very proud of DAC and look forward to its continued rapid growth and profitability."

PTS, Inc. Reports 83% Increase in Gross Revenue for First Three Quarters of 2007 Compared to Prior Year 2006

PTS subsidiary, Disability Access Corporation, (Pink Sheets:DBYC) reported Disability Access Consultants, Inc. (DAC) posted continued quarter-over-quarter gross revenue improvement.
On a calendar year-to-date basis through September 2007, DAC has enjoyed gross reporting revenue of $1,063,333, representing an 83% growth over the prior year of $581,597. For the 3rd Quarter 2007, DAC is pleased to report a 22% revenue improvement over the same quarter in the prior year, from $248,577 to $308,000. The significance of the revenue growth is that the 3rd quarter contains two summer months which are typically very slow months for the business.
All figures for 2007 are unaudited.
Key to both the revenue growth and operating efficiency of the company has been the utilization by the company of its proprietary internally developed software. Though the software was originally designed with the goal of facilitating the company's inspection process, the design and structure of the software may lend to other unique applications. Accordingly, as a part of the company's commitment to growth, the company will consider and explore other commercial opportunities for its proprietary software inclusive of external licensing and alternative industry applications for its core software architecture.
"Consent decrees and other litigation against businesses and public entities to provide equal access for individuals with disabilities have stimulated an increase in the current market demand for ADA compliance inspections, which is a core competency and major business of DAC," commented Ms. Thorpe. Further commenting, Peter Chin, President of PTS, Inc., (PTSH.OB) parent company of DAC (DBYC.PK), stated, "With the current litigation climate there appears to be a continuing growth in the demand for ADA inspections, and that as most companies are woefully behind in compliance, the need for DAC's services is expected to continue to enjoy double digit growth." Stated Peter Chin, "Under Ms. Thorpe's guidance and direction, the company is continuing to grow and demonstrate performance excellence in its core service areas." Ms. Thorpe added, "That the utilization of our proprietary software is part of our 'secret sauce' without getting into technical detail; our software allows us to execute our client inspections in an extremely efficient and cost effective manner." Peter added, "Due to the design and structure of the unique DAC software, and its immediate and rapid growth outlook it appears to possess within its industry, PTS management has elected to focus primarily on DAC and its growth potential."
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires businesses to provide equal access to goods and services for individuals with disabilities. Public entities are held to a higher standard of access to programs, services and activities and are mandated to have developed a transition plan and self-evaluation that determines if any facilities, programs or services are discriminatory in regards to individuals with disabilities.
Disability Access Consultants conducts facility inspections, policy reviews and program analyses in addition to a comprehensive continuum of other compliance services.
