I believe this is a scare tactic to shake shares and drive price down so the class b can be converted to shares at low price. When this is done they will spike the heck out of it.
(2) 20,288,333 issued and outstanding Special Class B “Exchangeable Shares” in the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, InteliSys Acquisition Inc., are also included in the Voting Shares. Such shares are included in the Voting Shares because they have equal voting rights and economic value as the shares of the Company’s Common Stock, and they may be exchanged by the holder thereof at any time on a one for one basis for shares of the Company’s Common Stock.
Remember bro what they did with AGSI very similar with that rs scare. It still ran from .002 to .008

Kid...you maybe right...this is an interesting play. if you look at the 10-KSB, PRE 14A...70% of common + preferred held by owner/insiders; 23% by Californian Secirities and Pacific Continental...that means 93% is locked in....7% is the float...thats around 6.3 million shares of common stock at the max is the float...even if they reverse split it what do they gain ? maybe its the scare to get cheap shares and then take it up....i am in and plan to play it....could be a good gain....

Thanks for the update. It is an interesting play. - 3 MMs controlling it SBSH, SSGI and NITE - Its come down 80% in the last 1 week - Clean shell - Intent to RM and actively looking - 70 million common + 20 million preferred - 93% of common + preferred owned by insiders/pacific/californian - 7% float of less than 7 million shares - as per PRE 14A, looks like the reverse split will be after the conversion of preferred to common - that leaves it with 10 million o/s and a 600 k float - 10K correction of % held by main shareholder (Juman) revised from 12% to 40% interesting. never understood really why the reverse split is out there but looking at all the above, and considering the three edgar filings in the last 15 days, looks like this thing is definitely in play GLTY

jordanm, I agree its a play. WHAT is the reason for all this. Something doesnt make sense. If they wanted to reverse merger it would have cost a company 200g to buy ALL of the Authorized shares. That is NOTHING for a private company to go public. I asked specifically if they plan to do this just so they can dilute but I didnt get a response. I didnt expect one. lol. Has anyone here been through a RM like this with a shell with such a low share count? TMAN...

TMAN...I doubt if they want to dilute. We will see. Its up today on low volume. Very tightly controlled by SBSH, NITE and SSGI. When the MMs decide it has to go up it will go up. Until then wait and watch
