Focus on Storage by Joe Luminoso, Director—Storage Practice ….We have seen our Federal team grow to include resources focused on, sales, Project management, consulting services and engineering implementation solutions. The SoftNet Federal team is quickly becoming our largest group supporting NetApp and several other identified opportunities. This rapid growth and end-user awareness of SoftNet’s enterprise strengths and solutions value add is the impetus for establishing a new D.C. office in March. This opening supports our business model of branch expansion at a point in time that the local business can support the dedicated resources in a region. This expansion will continue over the next few months with office in Boston, Chicago and Northern California coming online to meet the regional demands of all the SoftNet Practice solutions sets. In other news, we have aggressively managed our relationships with several Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value Added Resellers (VARs) to establish SoftNet as a “go to provider” for consulting solutions related to the design, delivery and on going support of storage solutions. NetApp and SoftNet entered into a national services contract as well as invited Softnet to participate in global partner pilot program that will assist this customer in further defining how and when to engage partner resources. We have also signed a global with another OEM that has us designated as an Authorized Services Provider, supporting ir mid-market segments and other storage related consulting services. Industry analyst put the engagements associated with this market segment in the range of 1K – 150K. This partnership as well as our other fourth coming agreements will be discussed in upcoming news letters…..

after finding out what i did i almost sold out. but then i was thinking - if they did raise the os by 48 big ones it would be for a reason. and he already probably did what he was going to do with it so i'm in after the increase which is a good thing. looking at the 10k there is supposed to be another 10mm shares cancelled. still not the peachy pick share structure every one likes but we'll see how it goes. insiders will probably start buying now too imo. the previous ceo FARINELLA JAMES M, still holds some major shares. look at his average though. I would think he would use a little common sense and try to make money instead of bailing so much at even or a loss. the company is setting up pretty good imo. pretty good team in there now that might actually make some real money. this isn't without risk no doubt about it. for me i see potential worth the risk. and the chart is lookin better.
