DEXTQ : Pursuant to Bankruptcy Court Order and by filing a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation, the Company increased its authorized capital stock, par value $.0001, and effected a 1-for-500 reverse split of all isssued and oustanding stock, effective July 27, 2006.
Pursuant to the Bankruptcy Court Order, on September 8, 2006, the Company issued New Common Stock: 25,000,000 new shares of restricted common stock to investors, and 25,000 common shares to fifty holders of Class 3 Claims and an additional 100 common shares to forty eight Allowed Class 3 General Unsecured Creditors not also being an Allowed Class 5 Interest Holder. These New Common Stock shares are being distributed to the owners beginning the week of September 25, 2006.
Also pursuant to Bankruptcy Court Order and effective September 8, 2006, the Company cancelled all previously issued common or preferred shares. A Certificate of Amendment of its Articles of Incorporation was filed with the State of Delaware effecting this cancellation.

Rosetta Granite owns 25,000,000 common shares, constituting 99.88% of the Company’s outstanding common stock, and controls the Company. I just received a call back confirming the float of 28k, but he couldn't give me any details on the RM per his attny. He did state that he and his attny were scratching their heads about the volume compared to the float. He told me to read into it as I wish then we laughed about the possibility of a huge short here.
RM potential with a short squeeze potential!! You have to love that combination!

LOL this is nothing compared to MTIV which i saw at .0001 and only had 1.8million float avaailable that i couldnt get into....hit .51 from that mark.

he should put some of his own money into this company and issue it back in the form of dividend. eg. one dolar dividend to himself, that would make it mother of all short squeezes.

Guys, you know I was only kidding about this one. Not only are they in bankruptcy but the guy that ran it up apparently controls 99% of the shares. Buy on the trade if you wish, but this is obviously not something to get into. Just look at the Q at the end of the ticker. I think we all know what that means.

They updated all the filing but one yesterday. That means they will loose the Q when that last filing is done. They are obviously makeing this shell ready for a merger of some sort.

The thing is when it was up all those percents yesterday, nobody was able to fill alot of shares cheap. So I don't think we have to worry about huge orders being sold.
