Huge volume at the bid again today...Called TA's office this afternoon to confirm share structure, said he would call me back "within the hour" with the current numbers...Still have not heard back from him...His incompetence to return a simple phone call to a shareholder of a company he is supposed to be representing is all the info I need...Remember whether you have 10 shares or 20 million as a shareholder you are entitled to this information, and you certainly should not have to jump through hoops to get it...I have heard other people say the TA they spoke with regarding LBTN was very helpful, so maybe I got the disgruntled guy in the office...Either way I'm out at .0001...This is the TA's phone number if anybody else wants to try and get some answers... 516-932-2080....GLTYA

Just heard back from the TA, I jumped the gun by saying he was the disgruntled employee in the office lol, he was actually quite helpful...He explained that he is the only person in the office for the next couple of days and appologized for the tardiness of his phone call...These are the updated numbers as of today.

Lifeline Biotechnologies, Inc. will offer to exchange its Series B Convertible Preferred Stock, to be valued by the Company at $1.00 per share, for common shares of stock held by its shareholders as of the record date, which the Company is valuing at $.001 per share, a premium to the current market price. This means for every 1,000 shares of common stock submitted to the Company for exchange, shareholders will receive one share of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock valued at $1.00 for future conversion purposes.
