I think that is the OFFICIAL WINNER of all times in reverse split ratios. Wish I would have cashed those in. Oh well, it is a wild stock cert to have. Showed the kids once and they thought I was rich. LMAO. Had to explain is wasnt worth much. TMAN...

when you trade in your preferred shares, you will get nothing, well next to nothing. So, they divided our shared by 10, then gave us nothing for the remaining 10% of shares we had, now they are taking away your preferred shares to give you, nothing. I dodged a bullet on this, exchanged my preferred shares to common shares and sold them just last week. whew. Sorry all of you who remain are holding the bag. It stinks. They are really not concerned about their shareholders after all, nor will they be in the future. What scam artists. There probably isn't any gold either!

wtf? what about the 5 year preferred to common exchange ratio? is that out the window now? or do i now convert my 1 for 7M according to the 5 year conversion to common?
Unfugging believable...I gotta tell you, if I was their Transfer Agent, I would tell them where to go in a heartbeat rather than trying to figure all this chit out.
this is the definition of a 3-ring circus!
