May 14, 2007 4:01:00 AM

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/14/07 -- SuperVision Entertainment Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SVET) -- On May 11th, 2007, an unsolicited letter was sent to the President, Directors and shareholders of GameZnFlix (Ticker Symbol: GZFX) expressing to a desire by SuperVision for GZFX to become a wholly owned subsidiary of SuperVision either through a negotiated process or, failing that through a possible "hostile takeover."

GameZnFlix is involved in video game rentals and VOD, and owns two television stations. SuperVision is interested in acquiring a controlling interest in GZFX to house its World Professional Gamers League (WPGL.TV), which is almost ready to be launched. The WPGL web site, which is almost ready to go live, should be active within a few weeks after some in-house testing.

WPGL offers anyone over the age of 12 (with parental consent) an opportunity to become a professional player competing for $10,000,000 in cash and prizes. The WPGL is structured so that it is based around an international television show and an international franchise, providing an excellent format for game manufacturers, players and advertisers. Professional game players will be able to seek sponsorships just as professional tennis and golf players do. If membership goals are reached, it could mean in excess of $100 million per year for SuperVision and GZFX.

On other fronts, SuperVision continues the development of the amazing SuperMag technology, which develops electricity from magnetic fields, and it is now expected that the first demonstration to approximately 5,000-7,000 engineers, investors, scientists and hedge funds, as well as the international press, will occur in late September/October 2007, subject to final in-house testing and organization of the event.

The SuperMag continues to amaze the people working on assembling it as the final production version takes shape.

Lastly, SuperVision has been contracted to produce the multimillion-dollar film about the rise of the new King of Canada and the United States, who, through an historical and constitutional legal issue and challenge, may in fact become the first true royal King of North America. It is a fascinating story and you heard it here first.

i just spotted their previous PR was:

SuperMag Headed for NASDAQ and the Moon

Since the first announcement of the "SuperMag" generator in May of 2006 the product has become known around the world. The benefits of a clean, inexspensive alternate power source are continuing to be played out in the world press as concerns over climate change, pollution and the environment continue to build.

The film featuring Vice President Gore "An Inconvenient Truth" won an Academy Award last night further emphasizing the problem.

The "SuperMag" which utilizes very powerful magnetic fields to produce electricity is a proprietary product of Supervision and has created a tremendous interest amongst scientists and engineers in numerous countries, particularly Europe.

Work continues on the final production designs of the "SuperMag" which will result in a display of the technology in Los Angeles.

In order to address the incredible ramifications of this technology, which is still subject to independent evaluation, the company will undertake the various procedures to become a fully listed NASDAQ company, hopefully shortly after the company's current fiscal year. This move will position the company for wider exposure and for rapid expansion as well as provide a mechanism for major capitalization.

In additional news, designs are being prepared and a NASA electrical engineer/consultant will be hired to assist in the development of a "SuperMag" system to provide power for the moon and the upcoming lunar space station destined for the moon in 2020. Upon completion of the designs and system it will be presented to NASA for consideration.

Currently NASA is relying on solar arrays to provide their power requirements, however, two problems exist. The solar arrays need to be on the far side of the moon to maximize exposure to the sun, but it would be too hot for the lunar module. Secondly, lunar dust is statically charged and should it land on the solar arrays it would be very difficult to remove and would ultimately result in a loss of efficiency.

The "SuperMag" potentially solves both of these problems as it should work well in a vacuum, free of any exposure to dust, and can also be part of the lunar module. The idea of Supervision being the power utility company for the moon is an intriguing challenge and would certainly be high profile.
