I have been watching it. Stock dropped back to .02 however. Still am monitoring it.

HEHEH! After he got spanked on plycf, I doubt that pumper will come around to one of the threads you started. On a more important note, I was looking at their last 10q. They had a one time charge of 630g. without that it appears that they would have had another profitable quarter. With the pe of 16 that is posted on yahoo, they would have been trading at around 8 cents or so. Any thoughts? TMAN...

Global Diversified Industries Revenues Increase to $2.6 Million in First Quarter

CHOWCHILLA, Calif., Sept 24, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Global Diversified Industries, Inc (GDVI, Trade ), focused on the modular building industry with emphasis on the education market ( http://www.gdvi.net ), today announced the financial results for the first quarter ended July 31, 2007.
Revenues totaled $2.6 million in the first quarter ended July 31, 2007 compared to revenues of $1.5 million in the three-month period ended April 30, 2007. Net income totaled $51,383 for the first quarter of the current fiscal year.
Global Diversified said it is expecting stronger revenues during the balance of the current fiscal year ending April 30, 2008 because of our current backlog, pending purchase orders and current bidding activity.
