HOGC is up 28% in the past hour with higher than average volumes

I have no clue why??

could/should drop tomorrow and so the story goes with HOGC. Pretty much worthless co.
If it dips back to .028, I'll buy back in.

I got out of this at a little under .10 now it is at .20 today up 33% [Mad]
