Infinity Acquisition Corporation Directs Focus to the Success of Younger America Infinity Acquisition Corporation, Inc. (OTC: IFQJ) announced today that the Company has decided to direct its focus and all of its energy and resources to the growth and development of Younger America. As a result, Infinity Acquisition Corporation will conclude a number of the Company’s current business ventures including, but not limited to, SMS Labs, Inc. (www.deezsms.com), RD, Inc., and Jarvis Communications.
Infinity Acquisition Corporation has also extended the exercise date for the warrants previously announced on July 17, 2006. The new exercise date has been set for December 31, 2007. The pricing of both the A and B warrants will be reduced to .01. The new payable date is expected to be March 30, 2007.
“By eliminating our past business interests, we have thoroughly established the fact that our singular focus is now Younger America. We have a defined vision and plan for our company and look forward to launching Younger America anti-aging spas throughout the country,” stated Manny Shulman, CEO of Infinity Acquisition Corporation, Inc.
