This looked dead about a week ago, but rumors of a aquistion with a company called attotech (attotech.com) has brought this back to life. I took a small position on Friday, just in case the rumor is true. I'll continue to add more over the weekend as I find it. If this is true, it will be very big, since attotech is a very nice looking company. Any DD that others have would be great. GLTA

He was just voted out by the BOD last week. He told me a new group, otto tech is taking over and even though he was voted out he harbored no ill will and said that it is this new groups intention to secure financing (which i believe they have) and roll out their products-which i really really like.
The float on this is like 40 million, the OS around 100 m. I was told this by Bruce 2 weeks ago. He never lied to me that I know of.
It will take nothing, I mean like one 3 m share day, for this to trade above .03 on any news. And trust me news is about to hit .

Rumor has it that DTGP has retained Ottolaw (ottolaw.com) to do the acquisition. Not sure what type of aquistion it will be, (buyout,R/M, etc.) Attotech is a private company, so people are speculating that DTGP would be a good shell to use to become public.

Damn this is a pos..I was in this back at .05 did make some money and got out...wow subpenny now...thats why i dont play pinkies anymore except momo news and wont hold for more than a day

Well, if the rumors are true, this thing will fly. Very low float and no dilution(been confirmed by several people). I'll sit back and see how things work out. DTGP itself is not very attractive, but the things in the works will bring it back to life. GLTY

I put in a little more than that, but I agree completely. We should know by this week, most are expecting news to come out this coming week, so we'll see. No guarantee, but from what I've found out thus far, it looks pretty good. I have more money ready just in case. GLTY

Yep i remember watching this one prior to Mr.Doll's passing. The company was just getting rolling and it hit the skids quick. Very attractive price right now and with Otto Law actively pursuing a suitor things are going to get intersting here soon IMO. Those early to the party are always the ones smilin all the way to the bank )

Do you happen to know of the current O/S and A/S?
lots of dilution I would think to go from .05 to .005

However, that is standard disclaimer for pinksheets, simply saying they won't endorse a company that does not file a minimum of quarterly financials. Not the end of the world, but it sure would be nice if that information was available. We can discount that as being harmful for now, but it is a bit of a warning.
Anything we can glean from this to help us in our assessment? Maybe. Incorporated in the state of Nevada, Outstanding Shares: 42,000,000 as of 2005-07-12, (hmmm, 7/12/05, almost a year and half old information), Authorized Shares: 100,000,000 as of 2005-07-12, (same as O/S. dated), shares decreased by 1 for 1000 split Record Date: 2005-06-30, (OUCH!). The only useful thing we see there is the R/S, we now know they diluted and R/S 1 for 1,000, so we can assume that that 42,000,000 had 3 more 0's behind it prior to 7/12/05, or 42,000,000,000, a huge number. One might argue that A/S is only 100M as of 7/15/05, but thankfully we have other places to look, maybe the SOS of Nevada can help us out? Well, look at that, the sneaky devils raised the A/S to 250M on 11/3/06. Not the end of the world, still a managable A/S and potential O/S. 36 trading days since the A/S were raised. Average volumes seem to be about 500,000 for that period, not unusually high, so I would suspect that little, if any of the 150% increase in A/S has been issued and sold into the market. I do wonder WHY the 150% increase in A/S, think this company might issue them, and dilute the share value? They raised that A/S count for a reason, hmmmm.
Assuming one could have bought this late Friday afternoon at .015, not knowing the current B/A, I will be very interested in seeing just how this does. "IF" it goes it will encounter first, and probably light resistance at .0157, and "if" it gets by that, it will kill itself getting by .018.
Fast forward to today. Looking at the average volumes, it still doesn't look as if it isn in a full flurry of dilution. It might be getting redied for a run before dilution starts ??? Hard to say with pinks.

Intersting post in my recent conversation with Bruce who was an old board member recently voted off he stated that the outstanding hadn't changed for almost a year and was ~50MM. I know they've been shoppin this one around for a while and attained Otto Law to assist. When i get in contact with Andrew at Otto Law i'm hoping to get a few answers.

I hate Scottrade, what a POS, DTGP is restricted just like every money making penny I want to buy into, just did it to me with FASC..i dont want to liquidate my account, does anyone know how long it takes to transfer to choicetrade and if you can sell any of your stocks during the transfer process?

I'm thinking of doing the same. Scottrade is up to no good....IMO. They are siding with the shorts in destroying the value of stocks..IMO Last year they were so much better than anyone else, but it looks like they've went to the DARKSIDE!!! LOL Every stock they restrict, I make sure I try to buy, just to go against their "protecting" me.....WHAT A JOKE!

I know, it cost me a $1000 on Friday!! You can't even cancel the order unless you call in. B/S!!!

This guy is very skeptical on just about every stock I've seen him post on...very understandable in the penny market. This is what he has to say about DTGP:

Finally back after my three day suspension for arguing with our buddy Mr TG/Winner. The break gave me time to do some DD on the references you sent for possibilities for this deal. Looks very good!!!! imo
