I grabbed some this morning at .0012 this morning. This thing got the E due to late filing. This thing is way oversold. State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date: 280,730,042 shares of $0.001 par value common stock outstanding as of November 10, 2006.
Give it time, and have some patients. Even if they shed the "E" by other means than reporting it will do fine.

Price been declining, .0011 today, 52 week low. Price was at .005 early Feb '07.

O/S a little more than I like, but certainly not unmanagable.
No increase in O/S from last 2 Form 10's filed, remained stable.
See some long term debt, but no SB-2's or S-8's open.
Oversold with an RSI of 17.69.
Should bounce respectably.

Delisted today for failure to comply with reporting requirements. I still like it. Just might take a little longer now is all.

nice DD.. dang.. makes you wonder about market action and mm's, looks like pps was priced into this, i had this happen with ecci, and i ended up getting out with over 50% gain... pps was priced into that delisting too..

Glad to see the increased interest in this one. I agree with will. This is a stock you buy when it dips and hang onto it for an MM or group run or both. Even if they dilute 100mil shares (hypothetically speaking), it will still have a lower o/s than 90% of the POS's down here, and has good financials to boot. That is and was accurate. However it was being heavily pumped at .0021, and it retreated to .0013, shaking most of the late comers out probably. Since it had a 57% increase from the original pump price of .0021. On the other hand, SEWC had a 272% gain from the alert, (not pump), price.
That's probably not important to you though, because :

did you notice that even though this went pink today, only 80000 in volume at the bid, and 3 mm's deep ready to buy at .001.. ask at .002 all day. rsi at 16 now. i went thru this with ECCI and it is still trading 100% over de-listing, the pps is usually fixed into this nonsense, never know for sure.. but, ive seen this game, and will pointed it out very well. thinking about adding here.

I tried to add at the bid (.001) then .0011 and went as far as .0015- and the MMs never filled me. It was for a very modest order and it was NOT an all-or-nothing order.
For those who are in it, I would consider this a very good sign.

I'm in, I like it. I think this one will have a really nice pop. will's DD spells it out perfectly. There is a pattern with these delistings. MM's prey on the fears of the investor by murdering the price right before the delisting and accumulating shares. Then they pop right back after everyone realizes things really haven't changed with the company. I have good feeling here. We'll see what happens...

Looks like she wants to turn the other way to me. Even better, most of the time when there is a symbol change, some brokers are slower than others, so not all of the shares out there are tradable as the new symbol is not reflected in all accounts. So, lower float makes it easier to bounce. I think it goes either way...

I have got a bid in at .001 since yesterday. Today bid shows .0009 is so fake. I think it's all about MMs manipulation. And oh yes the 133% does make my account look sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet

really choppy action, but mm's are getting shares now well above the ask of .0014 when the warning went out.. i think you see things stabalize now. one never knows with these subbies
