It's time to start considering this one again. Recent volume spikes have set off some alarms...
Ridiculously oversold at .016. A very recent 10-Q filing from 2/12 indicated an o/s of 193,793,955- up only 4 million shares from the September 2006 10-K filing.
I have played this in the past earlier this year in September when it was oversold at .035 and flipped out of it at around .05. Given that relatively little dilution has occured since that time, .016 seems like an absolute bargain. I would imagine that there would be some initial reistance at .02 and .022 - and then who knows. The 50 dma is about .029.
It would not surprise me to see it try and test .04 again, but I would expect some profit taking to occur before that happens. But you never know in the wild world of OTCBB land...
Also working in their favor is that this is a legitimate company with a quick ratio of about 1.4:1- that KDS technology of theirs generates some fairly significant revenues for their company

Low O/S (check, 193M is managable) Lower Float (same as O/S) Increased volumes (check, avg vol been ramping up, today's volume was substantial compared to avg's.) Declining price (check, .014, 52 week low) Oversold condition (check, don't get much more oversold !) No history of dilution (check, "Given that relatively little dilution has occured since that time" I will take bilgert's word for it)
I'll take my chances with 5 out of 6 positives. Let's go !

I think she's got more to go as well. Which is why i didn't sell at .02. Skip and will is on this one, so I got in at .016 80K Thanks. I'd like to get .025 next week.

CBAY did not hold the 30%, that 30% was the MM's profit taking. The speard rate and time line to dump was not there. Maybe like 20% but you couldn't dump much, as vol was low. Like I said its a dog and I forewarned members. So how am I bad luck when I saved folks from losing money????????
Sure I made some bad calls on ggod picks. But I;m learning and knew this FASC was going to go. And it did. I got in early at .016. I didn't sell because I know she has more to go. maybe .025 is exit point. We'll see next week. I'm looking for otther FASC's. Down low but "likely' to run. I'm not going to throw money in every thing that comes along. btw I did have money in the now bankrupt QMMG. lost $400 friday. Thats rascals. I called the co 2 weeks ago and the gal answers "Quest". Well a red flag went up. Why not say the name correctly "QUEST MINING" Sure enough bellied up.

paul, paul, paul ! We need to help you, boy.
First of all a stock has to hold at a gain long enough for your sell to go through. I'll be looking to rebuy CBAY soon. CBAY had 11.2M volume Thursday, and if one was patient and bought bottom, then sold Thursday, he would have made at least 20/25%. Much better than loosing $400, which unfortunately you did on QMMG.
Bad calls on good picks? Don't really understand that, but ok.
FASC is going to do just fine, .025 is quite doable. If you wanted to hold it longer, it will dip, and probably see higher than .025 in a few weeks, but it might be prudent to take it while it is there.
We all look for "other FASC's", that's how you make money with penny stocks !
Now QMMG. Read that PR again. There's a hint in the title, "Quest Minerals & Mining's Subsidiary, Gwenco, Inc., Files for Chapter 11 Reorganization to Further Financial Restructuring Initiative". Quest did not file chapter 11, one of their subsidiarries have. You should have held. I am not convinced .0055 is bottom, but I am pretty sure .003 / .0035 would be, if/when it sees that. Investor sentiment was at its lowest last week, all markets red, then people see the words, "chapter 11", think bankruptcy, and panic. Actually, the restructuring and chapter 11 protection will wind up being a positive for Quest. After QMMG made that sprint from .003 to .024 in mid Jan it was unplayable. The result and reaction to this "non-bad" news PR will help make it playable again. Learn how to recognize opportunity. These companies trade at fractions of a penny for good reason, they're either worthless or next to worthless.

...and for you, add this to your discipline. Forget that nonsense of what state a company is incorporated, forget how they answer the phone, (matter of fact don't call them, they lie anyway), stay away of pinks, and if you do have to play them, by all means, call the TA to get the present O/S and A/S.

Keep in mind, not all conditions need be present, but the more that are the better the probability of a profitable recovery. Some conditions carry more weight than others too. Even diluted issues run, so timing and news can affect them. I elect to not play news, and stay away from diluted issues. Companies have a habit of diluting into good news also, how often have you seen a price decline on a positive PR? Also, bad news isn't always bad.
