I don't know if it was worth looking at in Feb...but it is now at .003 / .0035.

I caught it at .0033, greenie, not in love with it, but should be able to get .0055 / .006 out of it. Just isn't/wasn't beat up enough for my liking. It might have a little pop before they really give it a good pig whipping.

This is encouraging : State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity as of the latest practicable date: At August 15, 2007, there were 82,305,142 shares of common stock were issued and outstanding.
Bloomberg says:
O/S-----> 82.305 Shares
Float----> 40.410 Shares
Insider bought 2.5M in April, bring his position to 3.1M

Raised the A/S Feb. 07, from 100M to 500M. Don't see any dilution going on though - NOT YET, it's coming. They might give it one little pop before the dilution crcus starts.

Not gonna make ya rich but should yield 50/60% if you can buy it right. Right to me me is under .0035. If you buy at .0033, and sell at .005, you got 50%.

Guess I was wrong with the .0055 / .006, could have gotten .008, and could have gotten in lower than I did. Nice little 200 - 300% gainer, depending when you bought and sold. I did fine with it, no complaints here.
HTHO is next, patience and volume is all it will require now.

Smoked it today! Some go, some really go. Difficult enough finding and buying bottom, take reasonable profits, and be grateful. (then you can do the shoulda/coulda thing), or buy more, sell half, and hope for it to continue like TRDQ has. Everyone has to play their own hand.

Coulda got in this pig at .0024, and not sure if anyone coulda got the .03, but that's 1150%.

TRADEQUEST INTERNATIONAL NEW (U-TRDQ) - News Release
Tradequest Selects Qwest Communications for Carrier Service

2007-05-09 08:30 ET - News Release

MIAMI -- (Business Wire)

Tradequest International, (OTCBB:TRDQ), doing business as IP1 Network Corp, is pleased to report that it has executed an enhanced services agreement with Qwest Communications (NYSE:Q) which authorizes the Company to perform IP Voice termination services domestically, internationally or to extended US locations even where other carriers can provide local telephone service through the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). As one of our domestic telecommunications carrier, Qwest will provide a backbone of wholesale telecommunications services and aggregate the Company’s voice traffic, product transport, and termination services. The service is a wholesale IP voice long distance termination service that is not sold to end users but includes direct internet access, VoIP, frame relay, ATM, and long distance.

“Our focus is to offer a high quality voice and data service over the internet by providing sales, marketing, and engineering support using a world-class communications network from the simplest business voice and data lines internationally to the most complex managed network applications domestically,” said Frank Erbiti, the Company’s President and COO. “Qwest as our telecommunications carrier is an important part of our overall business strategy as they provide a unique combination of a very broad service portfolio, unparalleled network reach and a comprehensive set of tools and programs to help us succeed in today's competitive environment internationally.”

With Qwest, IP1 Network now has extensive access to designated product and support teams that will ensure the integrity of its communications network around the clock. “Qwest has a network backbone that extends to nearly every major U.S. city, as well as to more countries world-wide than most leading competitors and they provide a seamless local, national and international communications service that our clients demand,” continued Mr. Erbiti. “Lastly, this relationship is a testament to our network quality and strengths as we have completed a lengthy review of our network in order to ensure that we meet the standards that Qwest reaches to achieve and is known to provide.”

0.011 X 0.014

0.014 -- up 75%.

Nite is giving out only 30 K shares for each
tick. He is saving the rest for higher levels.
The float is very small for this stock, and
Nite is in full control now.

Watch it.

The chart pattern is similar to
that of HVLN, which has just
come down from the 2nd leg. I
expect the high of the 2nd leg
will be about 30% above the first one.
Nite will unload his shares at much
higher levels. I am surprised that
Nite can bring HVLN up, even with
heavy dilution. TRDQ does not have
any dilution at this level. If Nite
can handle HVLN, he should be able
to take TRDQ to any where he likes.
We just trust him and enjoy the ride.

Among 28 trades today, 25 buys vs.
3 sales. The trend is up.
