.015 let's keep going ECFL ! Resistance at .016 IMO we should easliy break .02 with the volatility from traders wanting their lost profits back from the huge sell-off.

Mar 08, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- eCarfly, Inc. (PinkSheets : ECFL) - What is going on with ECFL? After an eight day price run fueled by PR of a possible merger with an un-named Alternative Fuel Company, it was up over 700% and climbing steady. Until yesterday the news concerning the change in direction for the former "Internet Car Dealer" of sorts was anything but solid. Was it a PR issue or was it the shield of another pump and dump? Bio fuel is the wave of the future but with wispy profit projections and eCarfly's mystery AFC (Alternative Fuels Company) we were skeptical.
Yesterday ECFL announced their merger partner, Terra Fuel Technologies. Finally some information we can research. It turns out that Terra Fuel Technologies; a fairly new (10mo) Australian based company received $295k in seed capital from the Pioneer Development Fund. So we proceeded to the company website to find more information and found it to be under construction. Well according to a press release by ECFL both there own website, www.ecarfly.com, and the site www.terrafueltechnologies.com were under construction "to form one united website that will function for both companies' needs." A little strange but maybe they just need better PR people.
We then tried to contact the office of Terra Fuel Technologies using an Australian version of Whitepages.com to find the address and phone number. Because of the time difference (Florida, USA to Queensland, Australia) we would have to wait for that. Using the domain registration for www.terrafueltechnologies.com we were able to get in touch with the "Administrative Contact", a Mr. Paul Chandler (Saline, Michigan). Mr. Chandler identified himself as someone who assists Terra Fuel Technologies with business in the US, someone close to the company but not technically an employee. He was unaware of any merger or business of any type between Terra Fuel Technologies and eCarfly, Inc.
After speaking w/ Mr. Chandler we then turned our attention back to the ECFL press releases for more information. Choosing to investigate this claim "TFT is currently reviewing agreement possibilities for implementing the Co-Fuelling Engine Technology to the WASTE MANAGEMENT fleet of waste collection vehicles" we contacted the investor relations department for Waste Management. we spoke with Ms. Lynn Brown, VP of Corporate Communications. When we asked Ms. Brown about her company working with Terra Fuel Technologies she said that Waste Management has no business relationship with Terra Fuel Technologies and proceeded to add, "I'm not even sure that's a real company".
An hour later after climbing steadily during the morning as it had done for a week the price for ECFL unexpectedly began to dive. It seemed there was a large amount of stock being dumped.
Had my inquires tipped someone off? Did a little due diligence upset a very large pump and dump? Or is there really a merger between to companies that just have very poor PR? Either way we don't think we want anything to do with ECFL unless someone can explain these things. How about a live web conference with a Q&A to ease investors minds Mr. Milligan?
10:30pm eastern time, 1:30pm the next day Australia, we called both numbers we had found for Terra Fuel Technologies. One found on the website the other in the Australian phone directory no answer at either. We tried three more times throughout the night with the same result.

Dude, get over it. Stop trying to convince others that this will bounce more. It already bounced like 50% that it shouldn't have. If you buy this for a bounce, you may just be out 100% of your money if they halt it.

I almost bought back in at .009 but canceled the order . I am afraid this POS will end up getting halted really soon . I might take a chance to day trade it tomorrow if given a good chance and there's good volume .

I e-mailed Greg Beaver at Terra Fuel Technologies and this is what I got back.
My name is Greg Beaver, I am a Director of Terra Fuel Technologies (TFT), a start up company developing a co-fuelling technology. I apparently missed your call and have tried to call you however the time difference is making it difficult.
Some time ago we were approached by eCarfly and its advisors regarding a possible merger. Preliminary discussions ensued however no letters of intent, agreements nor contracts were entered into.
eCarfly, for reasons only known to them, made a series of unauthorized statements without the knowledge nor approval of TFT nor any of its officers. These statements were blatantly false, incorrect or misleading.
Desmond Milligan the CEO was challenged by myself and he subsequently agreed to retract the offending statements and issue a public apology to TFT and any other organization mentioned in these statements.
Business Wire has advised me that they have or are in the process of killing these releases.
I have been unable to contact Mr.. Milligan for the past 24 hours to ensure that eCarfly and he personally honors the commitment to publish a retraction and apology. I have attached a copy of the press release that Desmond sent to me which is self explanatory and I believe exonerates TFT in this matter. I do not know if this has been circulated to the shareholders of eCarfly, it certainly should be.
Obviously I am taking advice before making any further statements.
The directors and management of TFT would like to extend our apologies for the pre-emptive and misleading statements issued by eCarfly.
We wish to affirm that TFT is a very small company with integrity and good governance and that this situation was beyond our control.

This is not good. Sounds like a big scam is the only deal here. Terrible news, the PPS has dipped and people are still buying. I guess they are hoping for a PR that says "It was only a dream everythink if just fine"
I think I'll wait a while on this one.
