ASHEVILLE, NC, Feb 26, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HISC) announced today that the lawsuit between Big Apple Consulting and Homeland Integrated Security Systems has been settled. In a previous press release dated February 16th , Homeland Integrated Security Systems erroneously reported that a settlement had been reached. At that time, there had been a verbal understanding between the parties legal counsel, subject to client approval.
On January 5, 2007, Evans Systems Inc., along with Homeland Integrated Security Systems was named a defendant in a lawsuit in which Big Apple Consulting, USA, Inc. was the plaintiff. The parties, taking into account the overall effect on the Evans shareholders, resolved their differences, and the final settlement agreement has been executed. As part of the settlement, Evans Systems will be appointing new officers and directors. Further details of the settlement will be disclosed in future announcements by Evans Systems, Inc.

we will have units in Cingular/ ATT’s hands for their final approval at the end of the first quarter of 2007 or early second quarter. Final approval allows us to begin selling our GSM Cyber Tracker on a worldwide basis.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems to Reduce Costs by Closing ItsTwo Retail Cellular Stores Located in North Carolina

ASHEVILLE, NC, Feb 28, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HISC) announced today that the Company has decided to close its retail cellular stores located in North Carolina. The company said that this decision is another in series of cost savings measures started in the second half of 2006. These closures will allow the company to focus on it core business, the patent pending Cyber Tracker. The retail stores will cease to operate effective February 28, 2007.
"The retail climate in the cellular business seems to be changing toward corporate owned stores and distribution points rather than the agent owned store. The change in corporate climate, in combination with high market penetration in the cellular industry, has contributed to decreasing revenues on the retail side," according to Brian Riley, Chairman and COO.
"We estimate that by closing these two remaining retail locations, HISS will decrease its operating expenses by nearly $100,000 per year. Homeland Integrated Security Systems is continuing its efforts to decrease expenditures in everyway possible and keep our focus on increasing the worldwide sales of Cyber Trackers. The closings will only affect the retail sales of cell phones and not affect our sales of the Cyber Tracker," stated Fred Wicks, CEO and President of Homeland Integrated Security Systems.

Okay, this company made a lot of noise about uplisting to the boards, profitability, sales, and was pumped to the limit. So what happens? They issue a dividend in EVSY, and forget about all their plans. Latest news? EVSY is now pink sheet crap, lost half it's value, and is headed for oblivion.
Yet another WTF penny stock that built itself on the backs of the shareholders without ever returning anything to them. I for one am disgusted with this company.
