I don't understand these bidwhackers. They wait until the bid comes up to bidwhack. Why not just lower your ask? Geez, some people just don't know how to trade....

Hello EVSA board members. OK, so I'm looking for the next big thing and I came accross this thread so I did some digging. On the surface the company looks OK, the financial picture is kinda dismal though. The share structure is not out whack by any means and I like the fact that the CEO personaly holds 190mil of the O/S. THat fact alone though does mean that he is in control of dillution to so I am a bit leary. Also, the company website looks less like they are trying to market their product and more like they are trying to sell their company to investors. THe pictures of their products are photoshop/CAD drawings. THere is also no mention of where I can buy their product if I so choose. I am not bashing here in any means so don't jump all over me, I am just trying to pick a winner to make a little money in with you all. Can anyone give me some positives that I may have totaly overlooked.

Honestly, the main reason many people are here, Jim, is because the company has already filed to uplist to the OTC BB...hoping that news will cause a nice return.
