Yeah, gut says the terms of the LOI will be favorable since they PRd the valuation. My concern with it being a penny stock is the LOI coming out pre-market Thursday and it being a dud. You will likely still be able to sell out quickly, BUT Wednesday afternoon should be a safe exit. Might leave a chunk on the table, but profit is profit (that was my reasoning anyway - not saying my greedy behind will follow that rationalization!)
