Art, you know better. Huge volume, what are you talking about???? And when it does go down on big volume that is usually bad. This Co. doesn't even exsist.

as far as it being a scam...the reason why I bought it was because I did some dd & I went to the US patent site & he did ask for a patent that is pending.....my question is can it be a scam if there is a patent pending?

Who says there is a reverse split .I keep searching all over internet and see no such info .
My dad was an atomic scientist / engineer with the U.S. government and had many patents to his name . So I grew up understanding the process .
First this seems to be an aplication for a new water purification system/process of great potential utilitarian value . Those are very valuable patents if and when they are issued . Patents take years to achieve { a bit longer for utilitarian patents } . So the time frame here is consistant and normal . We in fact should be due for some possitive patent news shortly ... I think that is the big thing with this stock . If it fails with a patent claim denied { and therefore a patent never issued } then that is it . However , having seen my dad go through this many times I believe the chance of failer is very small at this point . Against a lottery-like bank roll if it is issued that patent { even more if it is issued a utillitarian patent } . I have a tiny bit of shares but am thinking to sell another stock to buy more of this . First thing I need to know is when did they file the patent aplication { how many years ago } ? The other thing I would like to know is ....has there been updated claims amended into the aplication after filed { my dad did that with most every patent he filed for that eventually resulted in a patent } . Right now it seems that the time factor has been a big issue for people regarding this stock . But patents never happen in a split second .
Like I said .... Time wise this thing could be nearing possitive patent news . Someone please answer my above questions . I am very much thinking to have more shares before final news on patent comes out .

I think we are going on two years for the patent...at this point I am in for the long haul, as I have lost 97% or so with the last R/S...I too have checked their patent status and there is one on file-As u indicated above, most patents go through revisional phases, especially for this type of technology...I still have hope, as I have nothing else less with this stock...As per the Volume, IMO it got a lot of attention the other week with big volume to .015...since then a slow walk down..until today, with huge volume walking it down..in my experience one of two things is happening..1-MM's are picking up as many cheap shares as possible and scaring out the people who bought on the run the other week because they know patent news is coming, or 2-A reverse split is coming and we will get bent over again..I am hoping for patent news and option 1...as I am still sore from the last R/S

I would think this constitutes huge volume...it may very well be bad as you say,but remember the MM's play games...just ask yourself...dont you think it is strange that today would have 21 times more volume? I am optimistic, but can understand your concerns...for this price and a recent run...I think it is a worth taking a chance ...not a 4K chance like my moronic brain did in March of 2006( I was still riding high off of RSHN and had $$$$ to play with), but I am buying a little more and hoping for some patent news...which is long overdue...one more thing..they have put out more PR's in the last two months than in the last two years...just another interesting fact...I don't have L2's, but would be interested to see who was buying up so many shares and in what increments...

Bassed on all of this I think I will buy a bit more shares .The loss if we are wrong is small and limited . But if the volume is from MM's playing games and preparing for something then the gain would be well worth the chance
