Upon the closing of the transaction FSBO Media Holdings will be the controlling shareholder. -- FSBO Media is in final negotiations with a premier business solutions provider for online corporate, association, charity, sports and entertainment identity. The company enables its clients to promote, conduct and optimize their Internet business opportunities, achieving a powerful and unique online identity, and profit from real time market demographic information.
