Yes, Greenie and Moremula this one is getting reeeeal close we also have a parabolic sars buy indicator now as well to go with the a/d turning upward and MACD crossing

Right, not sure what happened, but I'm guessing someone killed the good run that was happening this morning. I thought this stock would do almost like rhoi, slow and steady. It ran up to .07 then down to .045. My patience wears thin now with this one. Its not doing what the indicators predict.

Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 7, 2007, the Registrant accepted the resignations of Craig H. Bird as its Secretary and Director, and Jessica Hye Lee as its Chief Financial Officer and Director, effective January 31, 2007 and January 2, 2007, respectively. There were no disagreements with Ms. Lee, but Mr. Bird provided a letter to the Registrant, described below.
Mr. Bird by letter dated January 24, 2007, attached hereto, announced his resignation effective as of January 31, 2007. According to the letter, Mr. Bird resigned amicably, but mentioned his inability to retrieve certain information from the Registrant in order for him to proceed with his duties. The Registrant accepted Mr. Bird's resignation, and the Registrant believes it provided adequate information to Mr. Bird. Mr. Bird also discusses fees owed to him by the Registrant. The Registrant has not yet taken a position on these fees, but will seek to reach an amicable settlement with Mr. Bird.
On February 7, 2007, the Registrant provided Mr. Bird with its disclosures in this Form 8-K disclosing his departure as a Director, and requested in writing that Mr. Bird furnish the Registrant with a letter addressed to the Securities and Exchange Commission stating whether or he agrees with such disclosures. Mr. Bird's response is filed as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Dear John,
Per our phone conversations and your e-mail of January 12, 2007, I am submitting my resignation from Wi-Tron, Inc. Board of Directors, Corporate Secretary, Chief Governance Officer and Investor & Public Relations Consultant, effective January 31, 2007.
Although our contract calls for 60 day notice, we both have agreed to wave this clause. I will note here that Wi-Tron, Inc. failed on several occasions to comply with Article II INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY" of our contract, which directly impeded me from performing some of my responsibilities and key tasks. In spite of this, I remain a friend to Wi-Tron and intend to provide opportunities to the Company as they may arise during the conduct of business at Segue Ventures LLC.
I will also note that Wi-Tron Inc. has never paid Segue Ventures any payments in cash, either for services rendered or for payments for services of other companies (such as press releases) to Wi-Tron. Segue Ventures paid for these expenses and other business expenses and as such a significant debt of approximately $70,000.00 that Wi-Tron owes Segue Ventures. I will send an updated, itemized invoice to Wi-Tron soon and discuss compensation options with you.

I've been expecting WTRO to perform exactly like RHOI for weeks now. WTRO should have ran way before RHOI even took its dip. This is a fishy one. It has bounced off of .07 twice already and straight down to under .04. If it breaks .07 this time, its on an uptrend.

warning given at .03 when they were giving them away. look at how far the SPX is gapped and now CMF is starting to break some trends positive. if this continues to hold and CMF rises.. watch this one.. it could break out hard. never know??
