Haven't heard anything yet about them. probably be another quarter before we see anything concerning this. I am still holding a small bag of it mothership as well. I think these guys will be stars, just going to be some time before that. they really need to get stateside to really make a dent in their proceeds. Enough *****footing with the Europeans and Canadians, they need to get to the US!

divy update: i just received a 2-day fedex from etrade with a certificate, dated 12/16/2006, for the BKMP divys (all 100.000.000.000 of them). i did not request this from etrade nor was i notified that they were sending this to me. the accompanying letter states:

dear valued customer
as you may be aware, blackout media corp. ("blackout") recently announced a preferred share dividend for holders of its common stock. under the announced dividend, blackout issued ten thousand (10,000) shares of preferred stock for each one (1) share of common stock owned. enclosed please find a certificate representing the number of preferred shares issued to you based upon the number of blackout common shares held in your e*trade securites brokerage account.
please be advised that e*trade will no longer be accepting blackout preferred stock certificates for deposit. please contact blackout's transfer agent, american heritage stock transfer inc., directly at (416-907-3118) for additional information concerning this dividend.

Anybody know where the unrestricted AMSN divy from BKMP is at? I think the restriction should have been lifted by now, been over a year.

I just did call the transfer agent. He said the reason the certs are being sent out is because the stock is in-active (as of now) and most brokers will no hold on to the cert that are in-active so they send them out. He mentioned it is better for us to have them so that we are in control when it becomes active and we don't have to wait for the brokerage to act on it. The broker will then accept them back when the stock finally becomes active (which he believes is going to happen- good news.) He also said it is up to the company to make the stock become active (ipo of course) and he DOES believe this to be the case. Ye HAA.

stickfigure, i talked to scottrade about this a week or so ago and they said they have NO info about it. The guy i talk to is usually very helpful but said unfortunately he has not heard anything about this since March '06. Which is when they actually received the shares. My guess is they will become unrestricted sometime in March???

Fed Ex today: I received a fed ex today from E-Trade with a cert for the preferred shares. 10,000 to 1 based on the number of common shares that I held at the time of the dividend.

E-trade also states: Please be advised that E-trade will no longer be accepting Blackout preferred stock certificates for deposit. Please contact Blackout's transfer agent, American Heritage Stock Transfer Inc. directly for additional information concerning this dividend.

im sure they are putting them on cert paper and you will get them soon bond, you have a better chance to make money on your BKMP shares that trade imo, sandy pulled one off with paim when it was dead in the water at .0001.. if you bought back then you could of had an easy double after that weird split he pulled off, my guess is that BKMP will be milked for all its worth, then he'll pull some paim stunt, that would be the time to take your money and run far, lol

never know, just me speculating.. hang in there bond.. good luck.

yes it was sandy who did that..I dont know now, I havent cared about paim for a long time, my guess is yes.. sandy is/has been involved with many stocks. and still is i am guessing.. I trust him as much as every pink ceo, and thats as far as i can throw them.. and i am not a big person, lol

google him.. see what you find out..

I actually had every dollar in my portfolio in all my stocks and had to deposit money in there friday b/c i was worried they would charge me the 40 dollar cert charge to get these pos shares out of my portfolio. that made me sick.. complete wate of money, I'll use it as toilet paper when i get them

jmho.. and good luck.

Subject: Re: swap 1 share of BCYR for 100,000 of BKMPP

Yes, it is true. We are still in the process of preparing a letter of instruction. But you can certainly let people know it is a fact.

We have your email and will be in touch.

Any truth to this? If so, how can I be included.

Thank you

i dont know about this share swap i guess if one is unpatient and thinks that making at least a quick buck for swapping millions of shares or rather billions of bkmpp is worth the effort go for it. im holding my steady until further notice. i like the idea of the wagering network. could be spun off you never know.

I think some people are getting a bit ahead of themselves here.

Unless Alphatrade is wrong, the volume for BCYR for the last week or so has been

150,000
0
200,000
41,000
1,000
0
10,000

So if you have 50billion BKMPP and trade it for 500,000 shares of BCYR, you will have more shares than have traded in BCYR combined in like the last 3 months.

In other words, you won't get .02 for them, probably not .01 or even .001 if you're competing to sell with tons of other people who are trying to do the same thing.

Just think it through. I don't really know anything about BKMP or BKMPP shares, so let me know if I'm missing something, but as a neutral observer, that's my take on it.

pcola you are right no volume to speak of however that could change.

BCYR has just under 423,000,000 shares o/s

if this goes like I think it will talk about dilution, Not all will take advantage of this offer.

I myself have not made a decision yet.

bcyr has file to be fully reporting though a real positive and has a lot going for it in entertainment and publishing.

I agree with you both - PCola and bond

It seems really weird-I would like to know how it became public knowledge first of all-I mean as far as I know there are no relations between the two companies- was it an email? what made this company say they would do something like this?Did some guy from BCYR just email somebody and make him a deal? and then somebody posted that message on the boards?

Pcola you are definetly right but BKMPP is not even trading at all right now.At least with this other one you could hope that they get some decent news and business operations and then have a shoot up in volume so we could sell more.At worse maybe we could just sell a few thousand shares from time to time for gas money? lol The company(BCYR) definetly has a long way to go but at least it trades.BKMPP seems like dead money.

Guys there is a board on Ihub for the stock and a small amount of investorspost they have some good dd I am going to look in pink sheets .com and call there transfer agent.

You guys are calling this right. At least this is trading and according to the pr's they have already filed to be a fully reporting stock. They say that they have had over 1500 publications and been in the publication business since 1998

They also have some great accounts amazon and a couple of well known book stores carry there books.

They have also signed a good rock groupe up for a three year contract and they do some other stuff go to there web site it looks impressive to me
