I bought in this morning. This stock is extremely undervalued at these levels, based on the O/S, the quality of the products, and the quality of the management. Some nice buying today. Should prepare the stock for a solid run on future news releases

today's volume is the highest within the last 12 months. the entire O/S is still very reasonable, equivalent to around 250K, so no major dilution here yet. As far as micro-penny stocks are concerned, this one looks a lot better to me than the rest in the 0.0001 - .001 range.

what is amazing to me is that they do actually have finished financial services products out there, are not dilution, seem very serious about their company...and yet valued at such ridiculously low level. I think this one has a huge upside potential especially if they are following through with their OTCBB ambitions....

While at ABN/AMRO, Mr. Spadaro was a Vice President and managed a division in business development within New York metro market for institutional banking clients. During his management, he expanded his territory and increased sales from $187 million to over $400 million.
