Well, I see it has traded at .0011, for the last 5 sessions. Might be support there?
Had some huge volume on 1/17 : 33887098, and closed down a tick.
It isn't quite oversold enough for my liking.
It appears they aren't diluting as aggressively as they were. Guess they can only sell what the market will bear.
It's not that I don't like it. I have a big problem with pinks, especially pinks that won't even publish the current O/S. We see it so often where they dilute. This CEO tasted investor's flesh, and knows how to play the game, better then most. It's not that I don't trust your skill and ability, it's the company and CEO that can't be trusted.

20-Day Average Volume 24,515,855. That's alot of wood to chop, man.

5-Day Avg Volume 18067305
20-Day Avg Volume 24515855
50-Day Avg Volume 25128844
100-Day Avg Volume 13462021

The guy has been going nuts with dilution. Grant it, the last 5 days has slowed, but look at the volume difference between the 100 day avg, and 20 day avg. If the variance wasn't so huge I might believe it to be real interest and volume related to MM's manipulation of the B/A, but this appears to be pure and simple greed and dilution. It is just so difficult for me to read the volume as real interest, or dilution. Flying blind like that is unnerving to me. This game is hard enough even when you have the benefit of reading a reporting company's filings, and have a feel for what might be going on. Pinks are not for the faint of heart, you're a better man than I, cactus.

I heard the same with FGFC, and i made some good money on the recent runs. honestly, i am glad to hear your opinion. thats what i was looking for, as i know you are honest.

Its always a risk when you stick your neck out, no big deal, i have done it more than once , lol I think it runs soon..

Because of the low PPS and the drastic decline in price in the last 20 days, from .0025 , to a potential .0011. It seems like there is less downside risk as opposed to an opportunity of some decent gains here, especially seeing that the dilution has eased lately.

Business Wire - January 25, 2007 10:18

NEW YORK, Jan 25, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IBAC Corporation (Pink Sheets:IBCX), a Hospitality Holding Company, today announced that it has reached an agreement to sell its Florida restaurants.

The company had been in negotiations for several weeks for the sale and finally reached an agreement yesterday for an all cash price of $4,100,000 the company accepted the slightly lower price than previously announced as it was for all cash and did not involve any stock. The sale is scheduled to close within the next 30 days.

"The company expects to reinvest the proceeds into Real Estate owned properties such as more hotels or other commercial properties located within major cities across the country," said Wayne Burmaster, President IBAC Corporation.

they sold the restaurant for 4.1 million and they stated they would reinvest it in their new real estate. I wish they would be honest and say they will continue to screw up and screw the shareholders and pocket the money or just waste it.

Heres the excerp from the 12/18/06 PR

The first action that was approved was the spin/sell off of the company's restaurants and its holdings in its food service businesses, the value of the transaction is expected to be a minimum of $4,500,000 or as high as $5,000,000 dollars with a dividend to be paid to common shareholders in the form of either cash/stock or both. The dividend will be paid to shareholders only and exclude all officers and directors of the company. The company expects the transaction to be ready to close within Thirty (30) days, at that time the company will announce the payment/dividend structure and provide the name and symbol of the new company.

SO MUCH FOR US GETTING OUR CUT!!!!! MORE LIES. I wonder if we can now sue???

Sometime all that volume and price decline is in anticipation of news. I have no idea how they know, but you see it ocassionally.

IBCX stock value

Given this new, what should be $4.1 million influx of cash
and I see no reason for IBAC to turn down such an offer on
properties where the real estate isn’t even owned and only the leases
and equipment is being sold. I’m going to post the math
based on a number of different OS numbers

restaurant deal value per share

if 500.000.000 OS =.0082
if 1B OS =.0041
if 1.5B OS =.00273
if 2B OS =.00205

This evaluation is based solely on the restaurant deal
and does not take into account the values of the hotel
so you can add to these figures as you see fit

The OS numbers used here are due to
the real OS not being known at this time

I would personally give the RA hotel and
Memphis hotel with attached restaurant
a value of between $6 and $7 million

That gives me a minimum valuation of IBAC stock
between .005 and .021 depending on what the OS is
at this time!

If the Country Club deal closes the I would bring
Those values up to between .0075 and .03 once again
Dependent on the OS at that time

i agree, thats one thing i have noticed.. seems like they have to have a mole in PR.. just my guess. that or inside trading, and then mm's sense it, hold it down during the buying, then accumulate themselves.

just speculation, im not an mm..
