The press conference will be held in Guangzhou to announce agreement between UK based Celador International Limited, the format owner of the global phenomenon "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" TV show, and China Media Power Ltd. (CMP), a 60% owned subsidiary of Asia Global Holdings Corp, that will produce and broadcast "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" in China beginning on or about May 1, 2007.

LOS ANGELES, May 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Asia Global Holdings Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: AAGH - News) has announced that its subsidiary, China Media Power (CMP) will begin shooting the TV pilot for "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" for the China TV market in Guangzhou China beginning on June 12, 2007.
CMP has set up studio facilities in Guangzhou where it plans to produce a minimum of 104 episodes of the globally successful "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" TV show for broadcast in China. The Company will complete final studio improvements at the end of May. A finished pilot is expected on June 15, 2007.
CMP, a 60% owned subsidiary of Asia Global Holdings Corp, entered into agreement in December 2006 with Celador International Limited, now part of 2waytraffic, to produce a minimum of 104 episodes of "Who Wants to Be A Millionaire?" for broadcast nationwide in China.

Aug 26, 2007 06:53:00 (ET) LOS ANGELES, Aug 26, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Asia Global Holdings Corporation (AAGH, Trade ) is pleased to announced that its subsidiary, China Media Power (CMP) and its China Advertising Agency ZixunMedia entered into an agreement on August 22 with satellite channel GuiZhou TV (GZTV1) to broadcast the Chinese version of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" in China.
The GZTV1 broadcasts will give 517 million home TV viewers in China access to "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?". In 2006, GZTV was rated 9th overall amongst all China TV broadcasters.
CMP, a 60% owned subsidiary of Asia Global Holdings Corp, will produce a minimum of 104 episodes of "Who Wants to Be A Millionaire?" for broadcast nationwide in China.
